Strict NO Pets Allowed. This exceptional Mediterranean custom home has amazing Pacific Ocean views from upper Marine Terrace. This exquisite home sits atop a beautifully landscaped ½ acre parcel backing up to 400 acres of open space. A private gate opens up to an array of hiking and biking trails that lead to the ocean below. Cherry wood, marble and granite set the backdrop for this beautifully appointed home. Brand new furnishings include organic cotton mattresses and finely crafted Amish furniture. Tiffany lamps, overstuffed couch with love seat and leather chairs with ottomans all surround the marble fireplace and the 42”LCD HDTV with premium cable channels. Designer outdoor furniture fill the spacious decks for ample out door dining and entertaining. A lovely umbrella patio heater and Weber Genesis Propane Grill complete the cozy outdoor environment. The Master suite with King bed includes an oversized two person Jacuzzi tub and a luxurious five headed marble shower. The Queen and Twin bedded rooms are on the opposite side of the home for added privacy with the spacious and fully equipped gourmet kitchen in between. The “No Expense Spared” attitude of this home is combined with a warm and inviting tone that will make you want to return year after year. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Note from the owners: Due to the extreme drought conditions, we discourage use of the Jacuzzi tub, and ask that guests use only 1 shower head in the Master bathroom instead of the 5 available. We also, request that guests further conserve water by taking personal laundry home, limit unnecessary flushing of toilets, and keeping showers under 5 minutes. We are sorry for any inconvenience that these conservation measures may cause, however, we are confident that you will enjoy our home in lovely Cambria despite these conditions. Gas Fireplace, CD, DVD, TV in all bedrooms, Premium Cable TV Channels, Wireless Internet, and free national long distance calling. Cell phone service is not dependable.
