The apartment Perla de Mar, is located on the third floor of a new and elegant residential building in front of the sea and the beach, on the Via Garibaldi (Promenade Barcelona), practically in the center of the city.

Our house is ideal for those seeking not just an apartment, certainly beautiful, like many others who are there, but looking for something more, also seeks a location in the city from which you can watch and contemplate the view and the sea. This is what you find in most at the Perla de Mar, where it will be possible for you to enjoy every day, the range of colors that gives us the sea; from dawn until sunset, with time good or bad, for those who loves the sea, is always a spectacle to photograph.

It 'also ideal for those without a car. Just a few minutes walk from the Port and the Old Town, and 'easy to reach by bus (ALFA) that connects the Airport to the City of Alghero, with discesca-bus stop of St. John.

The house consists of entrance, room with double bed and a balcony, bathroom with window has a shower (80 cm x 80 cm), sink, toilet and bidet, a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed (cm. x 190 cm. 160), suitable for 1 or 2 people, and the wonderful super panoramic balcony from which you can see and admire the sea, the bay, the harbor and head hunting. It is an ideal solution for a couple or for a family with two children; is equipped with TV, kitchen, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, microwave, equipped with crockery and cutlery to accommodate up to four people.

In the balcony, equipped with 1 table and 4 chairs, you can easily have breakfast, lunch or dinner in pleasant company of your partner or your family, as if you were in the front row to watch a wonderful show of nature, with suggestive representations of sunsets or just bright and engaging scenarios' life mare'.Ombrelloni, runners, bikers and sports at the beach location and are the protagonists of the scene.
Really nice.

Just minutes away from the apartment with ease albeit that that could serve for a pleasant holiday: banks, post office, fuel, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, car rentals, motorbikes and bicycles, beach resorts, bus, taxi, train station, the hospital.

October in Alghero

We love Alghero! This was our sixth visit but the first time at this apartment. Location is perfect close to all amenities and right opposite the beach with wonderful views. The apartment was light and bright and spotlessly clean. Couldnt fault it all. Owner were friendly and helpful and we would certainly stay here again. The only negative that some people migjt mot like is that the apartment block is situated on a busy road but it didnt bother us and bedroom is at the back so no traffic noise at night or when all doors andn windows shut.

Traumhaft - bis auf eine einzige Ausnahme

Das Appartement ist wirklich schön und gemütlich. Wir wussten, dass es an der Hauptstrasse liegt, wir lieben den Trubel, das stört uns überhaupt nicht. Außerdem liegt das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, wo es ruhiger ist. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötig wird - als kleinen Tipp.... vielleicht eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung in den Kühlschrank.. Wir haben die wunderschöne Terrasse jeden Tag genossen und der Vermieter, Antonio, war sehr freundlich. Kleiner Minuspunkt war, wir sollten ein Formular - komplett in italienischer Sprache unterschreiben - das finde ich nicht gut und sollte zumindest in Englisch sein. Was aber wirklich richtig schlecht war, war das Metallbett - sehr schick, aber viel zu kurz für Menschen über 1,80 und zu klein (ca. 1,50) für 2 Personen! Dazu kam, dass es bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche machte. Das sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, denn morgens nicht ausgeruht aufzuwachen ist nicht schön. Wenn das Bett ausgetauscht ist, kommen wir gern wieder - wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit!

Eine tolle Woche in Alghero

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, sogar Strandlaken waren vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett von Maria und Antonio in Empfang genommen. Die Lage des Appartements ist super, nur kurz über die Straße und man ist am Strand und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der tollen Altstadt von Alghero mit netten Geschäften und Restaurants. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Peter und Conny aus Hamburg

Traumhaft schön!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und in einem perfekten Zustand. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (8 & 5) dort. Vom Platz her ging das tip top. Der Strand eignet sich sehr gut für mit Kindern, da es erst weit draussen tief wird. Die Altstadt ist sehr schön, und alles ist sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen :-) !!!

Beautiful beachfront apartment with wonderful views

Enjoyed lovely week in this apartment, everything as described in advert, comfortable large bed with plenty of storage space, kitchen has everything you need to survive, lovely outdoor balcony, not far from town or lido within easy walking distance. The owner Antonio is very professional and helpful. Plenty of space, although there was only two of us. Apartment in lovely neighbourhood with safe and secure entrance. Supermarket and Bus stop to and from airport is a three minute walk away. Journey time about 20 minutes which is great for short or longer break holiday or business trip.

très joli appartement

Très bel appartement récent, très propre et tout neuf, parfaitement équipé (aussi bien en linge de maison, qu'en ustensile de cuisine il nous manquait juste la cafetière Electrique ! ) Maria avait même prévu les grandes serviettes de plage…). Maria et Antonio nous ont très bien accueillis. La climatisation dans l'appartement est la bienvenue et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer bien appréciable le matin et le soir. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le nord-ouest de la Sardaigne avec ses jolies plages et la jolie ville d'Alghero. Nous aurons grand plaisir à y revenir et à recommander ce logement à nos proches

Fantastic Apartment

We had a lovely stay at the Lido san Giovanni this July. The apartment is lovely, clean and well stocked with everything you could need, and a breathtaking balcony (looking out to sea and the 'sleeping giant'). Antonio and Maria are very welcoming and helpful with details of restaurants and supermarkets etc. This was our third time in Alghero as we love it and the Sardinian people. We will definitely be back!

Bellissimo appartamento fronte mare

Appartamento in ottime condizioni e situato in una posizione strategica, vicino al centro storico e di fronte alla spiaggia. Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 gg in agosto con i nostri bambini che si sono divertiti moltissimo. Antonio e Maria sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Lo consigliamo a tutti.

Lovely flat in good position.

We recently stayed two weeks at this lovely flat on the third floor of a modern, stunningly stylish, air conditioned building. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is literally across the road from the beach and about a 15 minute walk into the Old Town of Alghero. The owners, Antonio and Maria, live next door and whilst they were always available if required, they left us alone to enjoy our holiday. There are a few decent restaurants nearby (one literally next door!) and the supermarket was only about 5 minutes stroll away. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday.

Vacaciones perfectas

El apartamento de Antonio y Maria es encantador, esta perfectamente situado, a un paseo del centro y enfrente del mar con unas vistas impresionantes. Wonderful place

Top Appartement mit erstklassigem Seeblick

Neuwertig eingerichtetes Appartement, toller Ausblick über die Bucht und den Hafen von Alghero. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt, Restaurants findet man gleich um die Ecke. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Empfehlenswert!

Splendid apartment in a wonderful location

We spent a marvellous week in Alghero and one very good reason for it was staying at Perla del Mar. The apartment is brand new, comfortable and very tastefully furnished. It is centrally located, right on the promenade, near enough to the shops and restaurants as well as a good base for visiting the historical centre of this beautiful town. One can totally relax enjoying a meal or a drink or simply watching the sun go down from the terrace. Most of all, Antonio and Maria are very helpful and approachable. They put great care into this apartment - we will surely be back.

Walking distance to everything!

A very fresh and luxury apartment well equipped and with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The airport bus have the bus stop just 1 minute walk from there and it's just 15 minutes walk to the old center or Maria Pia Beach (the nicest beach). You find a good supermarket just around the corner. The landlord Antonio speak very good English and is very helpful and easy to reach. We already long back to Alghero!

Very beautiful appartment - like to come back

bellissimo appartamento. nuovo luminoso e ben organizzato con stupenda vista mare. la posizione è ideale vicino a bellissime spiagge ed al centro storico con ristoranti e negozi. si può fare a meno dell'auto per tutto il soggiorno, è ben servito da mezzi pubblici anche per l'aeroporto e proprio sotto il palazzo ci sono noleggi biciclette ed auto.ottima pulizia e impeccabile ospitalità da parte dei proprietari Antonio e Maria che hanno provveduto ad ogni nostra necessità. lo consiglierei a chiunque.complimenti!

The smaller balcony in the bedroom is perfect to hang your beach stuff on and since the sun rises on that side, you can let the sun light wake you up in the morning if you like. Its very comfortable to have one AC in the bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen (it was very hot outside during our stay). The owners, who lives next door, was very friendly and helpful with everything (tips for restaurants, beaches, things to do). But I must say that the best thing about the apartment is the fabulous balcony with the beautiful sea view. To have a aperitif on the balcony before going to dinner and admire the sunset was lovely.

Gorgeous flat in wonderful location!

The flat is beautiful, It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and is the best in town, so good that we often had dinner on the balcony watching the sunset. The owners are very kind and friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The flat was spotless and really well located opposite the beach and a short stroll from the old town and marina. There is a large supermarket around the corner and an ATM. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay, and had a really wonderful time, thanks to Antonio and Maria the owners who are lovely. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting to stay in Alghero.

Brand-new beautiful Appartment in Alghero
