Close to the Pool and just a few steps to Siesta Key Beach!

Bright and beachy, this second-floor condo has a wraparound lanai that overlooks the pool but is just a few hundred steps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. This condo has been recently remodeled and redecorated throughout. Unit 210 sleeps up to 6 people, with a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom. The en suite master bath has a large, walk-in shower, and the adjoining bath in the second room has a tub and shower combo.

If you like to cook, you’ll appreciate the fully stocked kitchen. The dining room and living area offer plenty of room to dine, snack, or relax. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are complimentary.

This condo is one of 49 units in the Sea Shell condominium complex, which offers many amenities to its valued guests. That includes beach towels, chairs and loungers, charcoal and gas grills, and one covered parking spot per unit. There is also a large, heated pool and laundry room facilities on each floor. You can access any of our floors in one of the two elevators.

Right across the street from our complex is everything you could want when on vacation: bars, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, gift shops, and plenty of agencies for renting an adventure. There’s even a grocery store.

Our rental office is on-premises for easy check-in and check-out, and to assist you with visitor information and other needs. We have after-hours check-in available for those who have late travel plans.

Family hang out at Siesta Key

We have been coming to Siesta Key for over 25 years. We haven't always stayed at the Sea Shell but we had other family members joining us and staying in other units. It's always nice to have your expectations exceeded. We had never stayed in this unit at the Sea Shell, but we liked the layout considering we needed to mix in some remote work for multiple people. Additionally, some of the previous reviews where some guests had complained or gave feedback, had been corrected. They had added a door covering to block sun in the morning in the master, also upgraded the seating/couches in family room, larger TV in family room. The finishes throughout the condo are very nice and kitchen was great too. We liked the end unit because it has some open air views. Not really water views, but at least you could look out. Got lucky that our unit was ready when we arrived around noon (this was just plain luck). Looking forward to return next year.

The office will has rolls of quarters and laundry pods for $1. Easy access to the beach. Nice shared grill area. Very nice and would stay here again.

Awesome as always

This is the third year we have stayed at Sea Shell! It’s so convenient to restaurants and shopping. If you get bored across the street you can Frog Hop or take the trolley to the village. The property is well kept. We will be back again next year!

Listing stated beach view : this is very misleading. The unit is the farthest from the beach of any in the building. The view is microscopic and may as well be non existent. I was expecting a much closer and better view of the beach. The listing misled me completely.

Clean and Fresh Property

A very nice apartment, just as the photos represent. Very clean. Quiet, despite busy road. Location good for shops/transport etc. Kitchen could have been better equipped. No kettle and we would have appreciated some matching wine glasses! Should be noted that laundry facilities are coin operated on each floor of the building ~ Not in the apartment. Overall, a good spot for a holiday in Siest Key.

Return to Siesta Key

It had been many years since we had spent time on Siesta Key. We were surprised to see the area really hadn’t changed much from our last visit. Everything from booking, to check in, to check out, went smoothly. Our condo was newly updated, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.

Comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location!

We enjoyed our stay in the Sea Shell Condo. We especially appreciated the little extra conveniences: paper products; hair dryers; ample bath towels; & beach "toys". We will consider staying here again if/when we are lucky enough to return to the area.

Great location and stylish accommodations!

This was our first time staying in Siesta Key and we picked the perfect place. The condo was decorated beautifully and was exactly what we wanted. The updated technology with the big screen TV's was a plus. My only suggestion would be to add a blind on the door in the master bedroom. We are already looking forward to visiting again next year!

Fantastic stay at Sea Shell Condominiums

The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The only suggestion would be to update the cooking pans and skillets. Also, a blind needs to be added to the bedroom door leading to outside. The streetlights were bright and one night work was being done on Old Stickney and the big spotlight shone right into the bedroom and woke us up. However, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.
