Treat yourself to an ocean view in a relaxing community filled with amenities. This 1,300 square foot, 7th floor beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

The interior of coral-hued tile is tastefully decorated to create a calming Island-style ambience. The sliding glass doors brighten the rooms with natural light and gives you a constant view of ocean and sky. Baskets of colorful tropical flowers add a tropical flair.

The spacious balcony extends the length of the unit, making it the ideal setting for breakfast with a view of the curving shoreline of silken white sand.

The kitchen features chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. The blender will come in handy when it’s time to bring your tropical beverage out to the balcony for your front row seats as the setting sun colors the sky brilliant orange.

The master suite faces a curving wall of sliding glass doors, giving you a view of the island with soothing ocean breezes. Both bedrooms come with a television and plenty of closet and drawer space.

To make sure you enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, the unit comes with amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Here at the Sandcastle I the amenities are everywhere. Take a refreshing swim in the heated pool in the midst of clusters of palm trees. Use one of the gas grills and enjoy a poolside barbeque beneath umbrella-shaded tables. Afterwards, luxuriate in the hot tub. You can also play tennis or shuffleboard on the newly re-surfaced courts, work out in the fitness center or participate in some of the daily activities in the social room.

The Sandcastle I is just a short walk from some of the island’s favorite attractions, like Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden. Another short walk takes you to the Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza, where you’ll find movie theaters, shopping, fine dining and much more.
