Clean and roomy condo in perfect location with short walk to beautiful beach with excellent shelling and swimming. Nice pool. Good view of ocean from living room. Kitchen relatively well equipped and knives were even fairly sharp! All appliances in good condition. Only surprises were no shampoo, no hairdryer, and no coffee (but several coffee makers), so come prepared. Appreciated ample beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and beach cart plus lots of inflatables, toys, and a cooler. Most restaurants are a long walk but a very short drive. Perfect condo and excellent value, we’ll be back!

The condo complex was quiet, nice pool and we had all that we needed in the condo.

Location couldn’t have been better!

The location of this condo was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach and back. The condo itself was nice but might need a good floor cleaning as our feet were consistently black from the floor. The pool area was really nice and using the grill down by the pool was nice. The pool water was perfect temperature every time. Grounds were very well maintained and parking was easy. Overall we were satisfied and would consider coming back to this unit in the future. Thank you!

Marco vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location is excellent and overall we were satisfied with out stay. However, the bathroom sinks were clogged, light fixtures in dining room and kitchen were not working and the floor was not very clean upon arrival. Also, towels and sheets could use an update.

Minor suggestions

First, it would be nice if you provided a dishwashing sponge. I could find only one dish rag and there was only a couple of dishwashing tabs. I didn't want to buy tabs because I typically hand wash anyway. Secondly, the smaller bedroom could use some room darkening curtains. The blinds don't work well and the morning sunlight coming into that room is too much. Everything else was fine and as expected.

The location could not have been better. It is across the street from the entrance to the South Beach walkway. 5 min walk to the water. The condo itself was very dated and probably has not been upgraded since the 90's. But for the price point it was acceptable and the location makes up for the dated accommodations.

My favorite Condo in Seaview

It is right across the street from the South Beach Access making it a shot walk to/from the beach.

Completely stocked with kitchen utensils and spices. Comfortable bed and full band of TV channels. Very homey.
