I am Gerry and I would like to introduce myself to you. I have had the good fortune to own and live in this beautiful condo since 1996 when I married the love of my life. We spent many happy fun years here together and of course played golf and tennis. We are now wanting to travel more and have decided we can share our shangri la with others while we are gone.

Location, Location, Location. Palm Valley is a perfect community to spend your vacation, many activities and sports including golf and tennis. Second, it is located in the heart of Palm Desert with everything that this town has to offer. Third, it is a few miles from the main freeway to take you anywhere in Southern California. And finally our condo is beautifully upgraded, lots of TVs and all the amenities to be super comfortable.

What makes Palm Valley special is the cozy friendly environment, an intangible that people from all over the world have discovered when they come here and often end up purchasing a home. We have neighbors from all parts of the US and Canada.
