There is a lovely courtyard that overlooks the inside of the building in front of the entrance of the house, beautiful to enjoy the spring sun and the warm months with breakfast or a romantic dinner under the stars.
If you have your bicycles with you, you can park them in front of the entrance of the house, in the inner courtyard.
The apartment is very quiet , located in a very calm street located 5 minutes walking from Porta Zaragoza, 10 minutes walking from Piazza Maggiore, Piazza Santo Stefano, the 2 Towers and the main monuments and historic buildings of the center.
It has a large living area with a well-equipped kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
For the night a ready double bed always open, enriched with feather topper, very comfortable. Comfort is assured .
You will also find a soft sofa, a large screen TV and free Wifi.
The bathroom is very elegant and cozy, with bidet and large shower.
Since the ancient walls are very thick the apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer .
The street is located near arcades, served by many shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacy.
It will be a pleasure to have you as guests! And you can bring your 4-legged friends!

Check-in is possible only from 3PM.
Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
