Inside, the condo comfortably accommodates six guests in two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus a queen sofa sleeper. Would be a nice place after a thorough cleaning

While dated some, the location is great. However, the place was filthy and needs a thorough deep cleaning.

Great for Family

Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights so the family could enjoy Busch Gardens and the beach. It's a little drive to the Gardens, but well worth it to stay at the beach. This was a great, clean, well-appointed place. Great value. Beach is a short walk (~.2 mi) either north or south. The place was quiet, even on Spring Break. Would definitely stay here again for a similar trip.

Wonderful Place

Short walk to the beach with plenty of space. Convenience store and ice cream shop right on the corner. We were thrilled.

Needs a little TLC

The unit floors were filthy upon arrival but was rectified once we notified them of this. There were no usable beech chairs so we had to buy our own. The kitchen was lacking in utensils which we had to purchase spoons and forks at the local $$ store. Walls could use a painting especially the ceilings by the kitchen. Bedrooms were good as were the bathroom facilities. The garage was nice to have but it is not accessible through/inside the unit. The pool was a pond for ducks and not heated in the slightest for March. Location is close to crosswalk to beech and beech cart was handy.

We were pleased with the condo itself and the location. We were disappointed that the pool was too cold to swim in the entire 10 days we were there. I feel like it would be helpful to list the pool as not heated so when looking for this luxury, you would be aware ahead of time that it is not heated. The kitchen was well stocked so that was a bonus! One of the twin beds was broken and very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on, that was frustrating. The box spring is bent and doesnt sit on the frame properly. He dealt with this uncomfortable bed, I hope they fix this problem for the future guests.

Bad communication

The pool was closed Monday through Thursday during our 6 day stay. That’s 4 out of 6 days . I asked for some consideration form management or possibly to move as we had kids with us and booked primary because of the pool. We have stayed there before and like the pool. We have stayed in this exact h it a couple times . Really disappointed in the fact that we were promised a call back and didn’t get one and that no responded to our issues .

Perfect vacation rental

The unit was beautiful and as described. It is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Close to the beach and a shuttle stop. We saw dolphins off the pier on the property too.

The property was exactly as shown online. Very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy, and the location was central to our activities and attractions. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it to others. Residents and other guests were friendly and helpful.

Perfect Rental

Our stay at Seashell 19 could not have been better! The location was perfect, the condo was beautiful and so comfortable. Everything we needed and wanted for our spring break. I would highly recommend this location and VRBO to anyone!

Pleasant stay!

Condo was very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and close to Clear Water too. We had an event at Tropicana Field which was easy to get to from the condo. The only reasons for 4 stars was the mattresses were not comfortable at all in any of the bedrooms. Also, it would have been nice if the pool was heated! Much too chilly to spend any time in, in fact, it felt colder than the ocean.

Condo was very clean and good location

The condo unit is older but is very well maintained and updated! It was very clean. An earlier review stated no grill on premises and it took us a bit but we did spot a charcoal one out close to the pool area.. I assume its for public use. The pool was cold- kids couldn't even swim in it so it this is important to you maybe find one that has a heated pool ;) Close walking distance to beach. Garage has a grill, chairs, wagon, umbrella, canopy, childs life jacket and other items that are very handy! We cooked a lot and kitchen had basics but very minimal- for example no flat baking sheets. The only minor issue we had was the doorknobs are exterior knobs and they can be locked but still able to open from inside so I got locked out of my room!!! The wind I think sucked the door shut when we opened the front door?? and so upon searching we finally located the keys- in the hall by the dryer is a little box that had the door key. Hope you don't need it. Great service and communication with rental company/people.

The condo was overall nice and fit our needs, but there were some things missing!

The furniture in the home have been updated since these pictures were taken. So that’s an upgrade. However, there is no dresser and no closet in the master bedroom. Basically you cannot fully unpack because there is no where to put your clothes. This condo has no beach chairs or any other beach accessories to borrow. (It now has 2 beach chairs that we bought and left there.) Since we were only given the code for the front door and not for the garage code, one person had to lose the garage door from inside, lock the condo and then join the other person who had pulled out the car. Too cumbersome if you were traveling by yourself. There were other kitchen items that would have been helpful - like a cork screw - but don’t worry, it’s there now after I had to purchase it. This condo also has no access to a grill - either a community grill or in the condo. Overall, our family had a great time. The place fit our needs well. It was close to the beach and the pool. However there were some additions that could have been made by the owner - beach accessories, providing the garage code and some kitchen items - that would have made the trip even more enjoyable.
