City of Carmel requires us to rent for a Minimum 30 Days, however, guests are not required to occupy house for entire time. We are a brief 5 minute walk to world famous restaurants, art galleries and shops in downtown Carmel and within walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches/ocean of Carmel. Our lovely, 2 level home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (and add'l powder room), spacious living room, dining area, kitchen and comfortable family room area. Comcast TV service provided in the family room and all bedrooms (each bedroom has its' own television). Ethnic decor throughout the home is unique, interesting and well appointed. We have traveled all over the world and love meeting new people from all cultures.

Two decks provide scenic views of beautiful foliage and wildlife sightings (deer, birds, etc) off of the living room and one of the bedrooms. Large windows throughout allow natural light in, creating open and inviting spaces while still offering a sense of privacy. The long driveway provides ample parking for several vehicles. Available for your convenience is a 2 car portion of our 3 car garage (upon request) at no additional charge.
