Bright and sunny duplex - Beach Haven Shore House - Long Beach Island, NJ - Come enjoy our shore house! Clean, open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and sleeps 6. Great location - just 5 houses from the beach in the quiet southern end of Beach Haven just over a mile to the center of town with rides, amusements, market, restaurants, and shopping. We also have a deli, ice cream place and a great playground for the kids all within a few blocks.

Our home has... eat-in kitchen with sliding door to a back deck and yard with separate gas grills and additional outside eating area. Large family room with lots of comfy seating, smart TV and DVD player. Master bedroom also has a TV. Full size washer/dryer, central air, front and rear decks with outside seating, carpet throughout with ceramic tile in kitchen & baths. Back yard has 2 large outside showers, 2 picnic tables, 2 gas grills, and a clothes line.

While you are here... drive up to Barnegat Light at the north end of the island. Walk through the state park or up to the top of Old Barney - you'll see some amazing views. During the summer months The Alliance for a Living Ocean runs Eco-Tours of LBI, exploring the dunes and the wetlands of our barrier island. They also offer field trips and other special programs in the summer which are great fun for the whole family. Beach Haven and LBI offer so much for all ages, do all this and more or do nothing but relax on the beach and take in the sun. Whatever you do it's a great place to enjoy yourself... There's no place like the Jersey shore!

Great Location and Home.

The home was clean, accommodating, and located close to the beach and amenities of Beach Haven. Living room and bedrooms were spacious for our family of 6 and the front deck was a great spot for relaxing. Wonderful stay!

Clean and comfy beach home!

Wonderful location and very well maintained, clean home. It’s a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed all of the outdoor seating options. It was a great vacation!

Magnificent LBI Experience

Laura was so accommodating in facilitating an early check in for us. Her home was absolutely perfect for our family’s five day stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The super short walk to the beach makes this one a home we will definitely seek out again! There was even a nice welcome basket of snacks! Thank you so much!

Awesome location clean well equipped home

This home was in a great location the house was clean and well equipped just as advertised. The owner is very much on top of things and communicates well. Seamless check in process, just a custom code for the door. Cross the street and you're on the beach If I could complain about anything it's the fact it's a block from the boardwalk ice cream shop and I must have gained 10 pounds in the week. :) no complaints just a great week in LBI would rent this home again.

Perfect escape!

We had a great week in LBI! Laura is awesome, so kind and quick to respond to any questions. Her home is just perfect, bright, clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway. A block away from the ocean - it doesn’t get better. She will definitely have return renters in us!

Always a good time

This is my second time staying here, and its better than the last time. The house and property are well maintained. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that you can't walk to the shopsThe ice cream shop is right down the block along with a play ground and there was even a little produce stand right next to us! Will be coming back next year.

Perfect spot!

Perfect spot for our family stay - great location (across from the beach, few doors down from the "Boardwalk" with great ice cream and bike rentals!), clean, friendly neighbors and upstairs guests, and had every amenity we could need for a simple week at the beach!

Perfect Rental

This was by far one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The living space was immaculate, beds were comfortable, appliances were up to date and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Perfect proximity to the beach, ice cream shop, bike rentals, and of course fantasy island.

Much needed family week away

Our expectations were exceeded. The property was extremely clean and inviting. Everything was up to date and well cared for. The property owner made our stay delightful. Everything we could have asked for was there and extremely clean and well cared for from the grill & outside seating to the conveniences inside the home such as nice mattresses and all kitchen supplys to make cooking easy for days we wanted to stay in. Parking was ample and the location was perfect. The beach was a short walk and the ice cream place a couple houses down lol. We had teenagers with us and they absolutely loved the location.

idyllic beach vacation

This well-cared for, carefully furnished and appointed house was the perfect setting for a week long vacation with our two grown daughters and my two young grandchildren. All the bedrooms are a decent size and there was enough room in the back bedroom for the little ones to sleep in portable cribs on either side of the bed. Laura has furnished the kitchen for people who actually cook and we found that all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans were in great condition. There was even a good set of knives! Despite being on the main drag the location was quiet and we enjoyed seeing the bicycle traffic go by. There is a lovely playground right around the corner and a ice cream shop/bicycle rental a short walk away. There is a comfortable outdoor shower - and a convenient station for washing sand off feet in both the front and back of the house. We would happily stay here again next summer.

Very peaceful vacation

We loved this house very clean and very close to the shore. We appreciated plenty of available beach chair - perfection would be offering beach umbrella also ... anyway we were absolutely happy with this rental!

Perfect

Excellent place for a family, with grown kids great for hanging out and reconnecting! Great breezes from every window! We wanted to do this for so long and finally got the opportunity to do so! Even visited with family that live on the other side of the island! A fantastic week!! Now all our kids want to do this every two years! So much laughter and fun! Thanks so very much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Spacious, clean, and a great location

Located in the perfect spot on the island, and close to the beach. Loved the house very open and clean by far my favorite house we've stayed at on LBI. Very accommodating, had every thing we needed for the week. Will definitely be coming back next year.

We love the open and bright layout of the house. In addition - you can't beat the location. A huge plus is that Kentford Avenue is a guarded beach, which means you don't need to trek up the sand to find a spot to sit where you can swim.
