Here you will find upscale furnishings including a retro-chic leather sofa, modern lounge chair, glass coffee table, and smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment.

The kitchen is sleek and modern with a unique wood and high gloss design. Offering you top of the range appliances and all your kitchen essentials including a microwave, drip coffee maker, two French press coffee pots w/ grinder, electric kettle, toaster, smoothie and immersion hand blender, pots and pans, loads of dishes, plus complimentary coffee & tea.

Head on up to the second level where you will find the elegant and spacious loft-style master suite. On this level you will also find your own private deck overlooking the common area Zen Garden. Outfitted with patio furniture and a freestanding gas heater, this deck is ideal for cozying up and enjoying a drink all year round!

The retro-inspired balloon chair is a fun and comfortable addition to the master suite. Crafted from transparent acrylic, its spherical body can support up to 280 lbs. A metal chain suspends it from the ceiling, while upholstered cushions sit within to provide padding as you kick back and relax.

BEDROOMS - Both bedrooms offer plenty of relaxing space and feature large, comfortable beds with immaculate linens, a mix of memory foam and down/feather pillows, dual shade blinds (black-out and light shaded blinds throughout the apartment) in addition to ample space for your belongings in the custom closets.

BATHROOMS - The two bathrooms are equally spacious and neatly tiled with storage and large vanity mirror. Featuring a walk-in glass shower in the loft-style master suite and a soaker tub besides the ground level bedroom.

EXTRA GUESTS - An additional twin-size folding bed with memory foam mattress is available and can be used in the common area.

AMENITIES - The condo comes with ultra-high-speed wireless internet (Shaw Gig WiFi), in-suite washer and dryer, 2 hair dryers, iron/ironing board, various board games, pack ‘n play and high chair for families, access to the communal Zen Garden & bicycle storage room, plus secure underground parking for 1 vehicle (max. clearance 8'0"). All linens & towels are included in your stay.

Access to popular streaming platforms including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, YouTube, AppleTV+ and Crave is available via the smart TV. Access to Netflix and cable TV is provided.

For long-term / 90+ day stays, we provide a starter package with the following amenities: paper products (paper towels, facial tissues and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish and laundry soap, oil, salt and pepper. Guests will be responsible to restock supplies they need throughout their stay.
