Less then 2 miles to the water. Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. New Mattresses, sheets and towels, New showers, toilets, countertops, kitchens, floors, crown molding, base boards, central air, and heating. Walk to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. 15-20 minute drive to Disneyland. Easy freeway access and 2 complementary parking spots.
Pets are allowed, and I am always happy to help with any special requests. Just ask.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. We were less than 10 from the beach and shopping. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Brenda was easily contacted and responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Great except check in time

Check in time was 4pm which was a little bit of a bummer would’ve been nice to be a little earlier however the place was clean recently renovated and very homey. The owner was also great with communication. 4.5/5

Horrible experience

Brenda did not respond to any of my communication prior to the stay and never sent the check in instructions, so we had no other option but to drive two hours back home instead of the Newport vacation we had expected. Once we finally got in touch with Brenda (around 10 pm the night of our reservation) she was extremely hostile, did not take any responsibility for the situation, and insistent that we initiate the cancellation. Horrible VRBO experience.

Ali, I apologized immediately to you and your party and told you I would give you a full refund. But, as a host, I can not cancel your reservation on my end. Because you chose not to cancel the reservation, you were still holding a reservation at my place. I did sent the instructions to you, and you chose not to cancel. I hope you have a better experience next.

Pictures are deceiving. Property was dirty with mold around sinks. (I took pictures) Faucets that were crusty and cob webs on the walls all pictured. The neighborhood was awful. Parking was not always available in the driveway as stated. Dogs barking at night and we left in the middle of the night (4am) the second night because there were people fighting outside. There was loud neighbors the night prior with music playing until late at night. The sofa and furniture were gross and had sheets covering it like a make shift slip covers. And there was lawn furniture for living room furniture. Non of this was how it was pictured in the add. This was a complete disappointment and we left at 4am finally to find another place to stay because my kids and I were uncomfortable and felt unsafe with the fighting or what not going on outside. The front door has been forced for entry and it crumbling at the jam. Says that the unit is newly remodeled but the floors are warped in the bedroom and the quality of the remodel and property itself is mediocre at Best. Ikea side table are broken. I didn’t get any information on the property how to enter or get keys etc until After I had to reach out and was told it was open and available at 3. However that message didn’t come until 3:36. I would never stay here again. Especially with the excessive deposit required and delay for them to refund the deposit for this sketch property in an undesirable unsafe neighborhood.

Thank you for your feedback. There is designated parking available. Any vehicle not authorized to park is towed immediately. I know you were having issues finding the correct spot. I’m sorry that you were unable to locate it in a timely fashion. There is No Indication that the neighborhood is “unsafe”. I’m a single mother and I stay there with my 6 year old alone every chance I get. I love to be close to the beach and the neighbors are warm and friendly. The reason I use slip covers on the couch is to stay sanitary for the next guests. Also, to protect my couch. The couch was purchased brand new for $2000. I think you are unhappy, in general. I hope you get the help you need. Check in time is listed at 4pm. I sent you check in instructions the minute my professional cleaning service alerts me the unit is ready. I disagree completely with this review, but still respect your warped exaggerated perception. The deposit was refunded to you by VRBO, and it usually takes about 5-10 business days depending on YOUR bank’s processing time. I hope that brings some clarity. This is a pet friendly Airbnb with 4 units total. Some guests have dogs. All I can say about this is if you did not want to stay in a pet friendly environment, maybe choose another short term stay without PET FRIENDLY in the title. Just a suggestion. beautiful remodel and responsive host

This place was beautifully remodeled and wonderfully equipped. Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. TV in every room. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood which was very quiet. Very helpful and responsive host.

Perfect Location!!

My family enjoyed this unit for a week in July. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Brenda was most helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The location was perfect! We were easily able to get to Irvine, Huntington Beach, Anaheim or Fountain Valley and back to the house with minimum stress. While I stay off the highways as much as possible there is close access to them. It was so close to the Newport and Huntington beaches we could be on the sand in 10 minutes. Parking for 2 small vehicles or 1 large in the driveway was handy. and it was very easy to get in and out with no traffic on the residential street. A laundry room with washer and dryer were attached to the unit and when I forgot quarters, Brenda even offered to bring some over. We would definitely stay again.

The property was as advertised with one exception. If we came back to the unit after the other guests, it was difficult to park my van. The angle of the curb and fence made it a tight turn. Other than that all was wonderful.

The best house we’ve ever stayed at!

Everything was so clean and easy to use, the house was less that 10 minutes from the beach, and everything we needed was even closer. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Will be back next year for sure!

We had a great time at Brenda’s rental property, everything was true troughout her add.

We had a lovely time here. Extremely clean and new everything. 4 smart televisions throughout the rental. All worked great. Would definitely go back!!

Wonderful Host, Comfortable Stay!

Brenda was incredibly accommodating and very timely in all of her responses to me. The house is beautiful and the beds were all super comfy. The shower in the master bedroom with the rain shower head and LED lights was a personal highlight.For the clean freaks among you, this house is immaculate. It literally sparkles. Would definetly recommend!

Out standing hospitality!

Location was perfect, close to many attraction and places around vista mesa. Its a family and friendly neighborhood. Very easy check in and check out arrangements. Had a great experience with the owner, she is ready to assist you in all your needs. The Condo is really completely remodeled!! Very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Bathrooms super nice and with super nice up grades! you will enjoy. We found Brenda to be a gracious host and will definitely check in to staying again on returning trips to Costa Mesa.
