Lovely cottage in Laguna

We enjoyed our stay; the cottage had everything we could need for five adults for a five night stay. The on-site washer/dryer and beach chairs were much appreciated. Loved the convenience of walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. We highly recommend and plan to return next time in Southern California.

The Tree

The outdoor lounge area beneath an amazing old tree is one of the most relaxing spots I’ve ever experienced.

Perfect Staycation

We spent a 4 nights at this lovely cottage, for a family vacation. The place looked just like the photos on the website, was very clean, and very nicely furnished.The house has LOTS of good beach towels and equipment ( umbrellas, boogie board, sand toys) and the beach is just a short walk away. It was convenient to everything; we rarely used the car. We hopped on the free bus to get around town and to the Sawdust Festival. Great back yard for BBQ'ing and a fire pit for S'mores! And well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. This house is in a great location, close to everything. I enthusiastically recommend this house, and hope to stay in it again myself. Thanks, Renée, we enjoyed your house!

Don’t stay here!

The place was inaccurately represented. Roof had a plastic tarp. Listing showed air conditioning there wasn’t any. Oven totally unusable. Terrible condition of property. We left 15 days early of a 30 day stay because of the condition. Returned two days later someone else was staying there even though we were still paying. Renter refused to refund us.

Another stay in the Enchanting Whimsical Ocean Cottage

This is our third stay in this cottage in the last five years, and we are planning to re-up for next year as well. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped and is only a short walk from everything important to make our stay in Laguna Beach enjoyable: a grocery story, the beach and the walking trail, the restaurants, the shops, and the Farmer's Market. They only thing we needed was a longer stay!

Cute cottage in a wonderful location

This home was very comfortable for my family and the close proximity to the beach as well as to a handful of shops and restaurants was an added bonus. The home was well equipped and very cozy. We also quite enjoyed the backyard setting complete with a bbq grill and a lovely garden.

Great location in Laguna Beach

The property is a great location in Laguna Beach. Very walkable to the downtown area and to the beach. Communication regarding check in process was a bit delayed, but owner/manager may have had an off day. Some cons I would say are: - Some toiletries were half used and the rugs had animal hair on it upon check in. Not what you want to be feeling as far as cleanliness during co-vid. Outdoor table in backyard had used/burnt cigarettes on it as well. - House is old and charming, but with that comes windows that don’t lock securely and an overall feeling of not being super secure at night (which made us feel uneasy having two small kids in the house). Additionally, you get the musty smell of an older house which was mitigated with all the windows/doors opened when we got there. - Wish house had a book on how all things worked. We couldn’t figure out how to use tv in the bedroom, but that wasn’t a huge deal.

Fantastic location

I was pleasantly surprised by how great the location of this house was. It’s close to the beach and downtown and not far from the HIP zone. The home is comfortable and well equipped for making meals or going to the beach. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the front yard at night.

Charming cottage in great location!

The location of this cottage was perfect to easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Cottage was spacious, very comfortable beds, and such charming and tastefully done decor. It was very clean and organized. Every detail in place for whatever supplies one would need for beach fun or cooking. Even the laundry space was immaculate! We will return! Thank you!

Excellent SoCal cottage

What good fortune to find and book this property for our Laguna Beach vacation. The location couldn't be better for taking in the Pageant of the Masters, the Sawdust Festival and the shops and restaurants in central LB. The house is just as pictured, and more adorable in person. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and spacious living and dining areas were perfect for our group of three women, and the kitchen was ample and very cute. The front courtyard is great for sitting and backyard could be fabulous with some fresher landscaping. I highly recommend this property!

Charming good location

This house was perfect for 6 adults. It is older which was fine with us but you might not expect it. We had great weather but if it had been hotter it might have been a concern. Not all the windows opened. The location can’t be beat. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Front porch was a beautiful back drop for our family pictures before we headed out to a wedding.

Everything was perfect!

We loved the house and location. Rooms and bathrooms were plenty big and comfortable, while overall the interior seemed small, it’s perfectly designed and beautifully decorated. Plenty of everything provided. Would definite choose it on a future trip!

Stroll a few steps north to our beautiful Hiesler Park with its gardens and Gazebo overlooking the great Pacific! You will quickly realize you're at the MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH in Southern California!!

Unheard of in Laguna Beach is our ON SITE parking for 4 vehicles. We also provide a 'bicycle built for two' for you to cruise around town on and see the sights. Each evening from your bedroom, hear the waves crashing at night. Relax and enjoy. You will simply fall in love with this place!
