This house is in a perfect location, it was new and clean, and the owners thought of everything for renting to families. The pool was great and the house came with bikes and beach chairs. The owners were so helpful and they were always available to answer questions. We can’t wait to rent this house again!

Perfect getaway!

House was very clean and beautiful! Loved that it was so close to all shops and restaurants. Elise and Luca were very accommodating and very quick to respond throughout whole process. Our family had a great time and cannot wait to come back!

Fourth time renting, great stay!

We keep coming back to this property because it’s always clean, the owners are so responsive and it has everything you need, from a great back deck with plenty of furniture and hangout space, full bath with a tub, plus a small half bath in the master and a wonderful outdoor shower. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with all that you need. It also has a nice covered front porch. Would definitely recommend!

Third time renting, fabulous as usual

Clean, nicely decorated, everything you need. Owner is very responsive. House has just about everything you need. Great outdoor shower. Will rent again for the fourth time next year! We are seasoned renters in Fire Island.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully decorated with charming nautical touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality pillows and mattresses that made for great sleep.The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped—it had everything we needed, including multiple coffee options and a top-notch ice maker that kept up with our group of nine!The bocce court and ring toss game turned out to be a surprise hit with guests of all ages, keeping everyone entertained even during stretches of bad weather. We were never without something fun to do.The location was also perfect—just a short walk to town, so everything we needed was within easy reach. After 20 years of renting in Ocean Beach, this might just be our favorite house yet

Summer 2022

I rent every summer in ocean beach with my family and friends. I saw Elisa’s house posting, and it caught my eye. She was responsive when i had questions. When I checked in, the house was exactly as the posting described, and it was clean. Very smooth communication all throughout the rental, making this a great vacation..

Fantastic beach house

This is our second time renting this house and we will come back next year! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach so it's less to pack. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions. 5 stars!

Perfect and Comfortable Beach House!

The house is very nicely updated - modern, clean and fresh. All the beach amenities you would want are here including the bikes, chairs and beach towels. Luca and Elisa were great at getting back to us quickly if we had any questions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to a future stay!

Modern, clean, tasteful, easy!

Property is clean, modern with all the amenities you would want - think great sand toys, bikes, etc. Great for kids (bunk beds were a huge hit). Inside is tastefully decorated too. Owner was so easy to deal with and responsive. Only minor inconvenience was indoor bath had slow drain so tub got sandy which is hard when bathing kids (outdoor shower a little slow to drain too).

Great getaway

Perfect beach house from start to finish. The professionalism while booking was 5 star. Elisa was able to answer all of my questions (during COVID) and in a very timely manner. The house was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable weeks stay. I also need to add the bedding and mattresses were top notch especially for a rental property. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous decor/great outdoor deck

This house is very cute outside, beautifully decorated and brand new inside. The deck out back is very large with a great oversize table for hanging out and having a meal, plus great seating area plus four lounge chairs and a spacious outdoor shower. You can tell this house was recently renovated. Owners did a great job

Great house near town

The interior of the house is an A+ but the outside could use some work, the deck needed a few more comfortable chairs with cushions and the front porch also needed more seating options - the house is definitely optimized for young kids

Beautifully decorated and very clean house. We loved the location because it was so close to town and easy walk to the beach just down the block. Would definitely stay here again. Great experience.

We have bought this home for us to enjoy and to rent out. We love Fire Island and love being out here as much as we can. We have 3 small children and they love it out here.

I grew up going to the beaches on Fire Island. It is really kid friendly and safe. No cars, lots of restuarants and bars. The beach is walking distance from the house.
