Winter is calling and so is your next Mountain Stay!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer, plenty of parking, and easy access to all your favorite mountain experiences. From dining access, to skiing, Lake Dillon and regional shopping, this condo has it all. Sleeping comfortably up to 4 adults, this space is going to make you feel at home. Kid friendly, this unit is equipped with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a few other helpful kid friendly items to make your little one feel at home. Wake up to mountain views and a cup of hot coffee on one of our 2 decks. Prepare a family feast in our fully loaded kitchen. We have overhauled the entire place to suit your travel needs.
We are conveniently located a short, scenic walk from the back side of Lake Dillon where you can access water sports, fishing or just an amazing peaceful view. We are also a skip from the Summit Stage (Bus Access). For winter adventures, we are in the heart of Summit County, and exactly 2 miles from Keystone resort. There are trails and paths all around our condo for any other activities you might enjoy. Out our back door we have access to Last Stop Pizzeria, Cala's Pub, The Bottle Store, and the Pour House (great breakfast nook). This property does not have a hot tub and we are not permitted to have grills.

Great property and close to restaurants. Also within 5 minutes of Keystone and 10 minutes from City Market Groceries. The place was very clean, and well appropriated for families with games and adaptions for toddlers or babies.

Loved it

Great time at this clean little getaway. Rooms were large, kitchen had everything, 3 restaurants in walking distance and close to the slopes. Would definitely stay again.

Great Ski Vacation Stay

My brother and I had a great 2 weeks in Amy's great condo. I've used VRBO on several occasions and this condo is the best-appointed and most comfortable that I've yet encountered. It's ESPECIALLY convenient if you'll be primarily skiing at Keystone.

Ski Trip 2024

Very clean, great location!

We were very happy with our stay here! It was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have the coffee shop and restaurants nearby as well. Communication was great throughout booking and we did not have any issues that came up during our stay. Would recommend!

Comfortable and easy

We arrived to the condo and the lock box was easy to find and the condo was directly in front of the parking spot. The condo was warm with a few lights left on for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had coffee in the cabinet, snacks on the counter in a basket. The washer and dryer was very handy and it was an unexpected surprise that they supplied detergent. The unit had a great view from the balconies. The water pressure was great and hot water was abundant. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again on our next trip!

Better and Nicer than the Pictures!

The place is great! It looks even better in real life than the pictures portray. The location is great; near Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, a pub, pizza place, and beer & wine store. It has all the kitchen and other accessories you might need. The bunk bed is 2 queen or full size beds which is nice and could be really handy for some. The infrared fireplace adds a warm touch and it’s easy to start. Thanks to the owners!!

Awesome location

Loved the location of the property and also the amenities inside. Unit contained items that kept my toddler busy which was great, and also the extra mile in having a pack & play for my infant. Definitely recommend booking here.

Sweet family time

Amy's spot had everything needed to stay there without missing a beat! Down to the shower cap! Tons of dishes, great space for cooking and the living room holds us all comfortably. We will be back!

Comfortable and conveniently located for skiing at Keystone

We enjoyed the condo. Our teens loved the huge beanbag. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and beds. Our host kindly adjusted our booking by 1 day to enable us to avoid dangerous travel due to recent snow. Location is great. Thank you. We would stay here again.

Quick Ski Trip

Family Fun for Spring Break

First, the communication with Amy, the owner, is excellent. Secondly, the condo is well-appointed for my small family. Enough space to spread out, but not too much that we couldn’t enjoy each other’s presence. Great location, 2 miles from skiing at Keystone, 4 miles from shopping in Silverthorne, or 50 yards from coffee, sandwiches, pizza and beverages. We can’t wait to visit again.

Cozy place, great for families

Great stay! The common area " mud room " I guess you would call it, that is shared with neighbors is a great , great bonus!! ESPECIALLY during winter with all the snow gear! The cable instructions were difficult to get it working, but the fire stick apps was all we needed. The kitchen was stocked with appliances/gadgets and great cooking pans. The heat was a HOT HOT accommodation :) worked so good we had to lower it down. The little pizza shop on street behind was good pizza, but the service even for take out was NOT FRIENDLY. There are perfect areas right outside building to take kids out to play in snow. The views are absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much. I would suggest maybe a stand fan to use in 2nd room, it got very hot in there with little air flow ( during winter) unless opening the window.

Perfect for us

This property was ideal for us. Well stocked kitchen including a few staples. The decor is creative and really pleasant. Shower felt so good- lots of hot with a rain shower head. Spacing and furniture worked very well!!! Would love to stay again!

Owner unwilling to work with us during pandemic

The property itself was very kid-friendly as there were many toys and little touches that were nice. There is a very steep set of stairs to the bedrooms, so this is not a good property for anyone who has any mobility issue whatsoever. The kitchen is small and fine for a family of four, but the unit would be very crowded for any more than that. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of any negotiations for even a reschedule during this Covid-19 pandemic. The ski resorts were forced closed due to the pandemic the day before we left and I asked if we could cancel or at least reschedule for a future date which was refused. I was told there is a sled hill down the street (which totally makes up for no ski resort access-I'm being sarcastic here). We decided to still go since we would be out our entire cost of the trip and figured we could hang out in our unit. An hour after we arrived at the condo, the county was put on a quarantine notice. All restaurants and stores closed (which we planned on not utilizing anyhow but now my husband was barred from work for 2 weeks). With the craziness and uncertainty of each day and not being able to do anything, we ended up leaving a day early and I notified the owner of this. I understand these times right now are unprecedented and I would be willing to forfeit part of the cost of our trip or pay the difference of a reschedule because I understand we all have bills to pay. It was made clear to me that was not going to happen and frankly am disappointed by the actions taken by the owner.

Great kid-friendly stay in Summit Cove!

We had a great weekend stay at this Condo in Dillon! After a 2 hour turned 7 hour drive up the mountains on I-70, this place was the perfect respite for our family! We enjoyed the kid friendly space which can be hard to find with our little ones. The location was perfect. The amenities were hard to beat and we especially appreciated having the option to do laundry in the unit! We just wish we could have stayed longer. Will be recommending to friends for sure.

Perfect location

This charming rental is clean, cozy and decorated adorably! The location is central and close to several ski resorts, as well as dining and shopping. We loved the local restaurants within walking distance (Cala Inn, Last Chance Pizza and and the Pour House), as well as the sledding hills nearby. Very family friendly.
