We’re delighted to hear you had a fantastic stay at Mill House and found it spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in such a great location. It’s wonderful to know everything lived up to expectations and that you would happily recommend it to others. Thank you as well for your comment regarding the hob. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty getting it working during your stay. There are instructions provided both in the property and within the guest guide, but we do understand that appliances can sometimes take a bit of getting used to, especially when away from home. We’ll review how clearly these are presented to ensure they’re as user-friendly as possible for future guests. We’re so pleased this didn’t detract from what was otherwise a perfect stay, and we’d be very happy to welcome you back again in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages
