Arcade for kids, Jacuzzi. Large pool that can be heated. Great for large family gatherings or reunions. Very quiet subdivision. Plenty of parking. Quick, easy walk to beach with dedicated walkover. All TV have movie channels.

Book in advance and lock in current rates.

Family and friend groups are welcome. Student groups are not allowed.

Great Location

We loved our stay at Beach Retreat. We especially loved the location and the space in the home. We had a couple of minor hiccups upon check-in, but both things were resolved promptly. Great overall experience.

30A Thanksgiving

Great house for our family thanksgiving! Location was perfect as it wasnt too loud or busy. We all enjoyed the arcade room and heated pool. Had a couple issues with older appliances that were quickly addressed byy the property manager. Would highly recommend.

Great for group

Large and beautiful house. Perfect for a group of family or friends. Lots to do-pool, arcade and plenty of room to spread out. Very close to beach access. You do have to cross 30a which at times is pretty busy but that was really the only negative. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

We had another wonderful stay at the beach retreat.The facility works out so well for us. The kids and family enjoy the nice pool and hot tub. The house is clean and useful. It’s close to the beach which we enjoy. Nice area for biking. The management has always been helpful on our many visits to the beach retreat. Jerry

April Vacation for adults looking for relaxation and fun in the sun!

Absolutely amazing property to rent!!!! This house went beyond meeting our expectations!!!! We were a group of 10 and the house was absolutely perfect!!! The pictures don’t do the house justice!! It was huge and exceeded all expectations!!!!

Perfect week at the Beach Retreat

My family of 15 people could not have asked for a better week at the Beach Retreat. Nothing bad to say. Loved how spacious all the rooms and bathrooms are. The arcade room was a huge hit with the men in our group. Short walk to the beautiful beaches. But we enjoyed most just being out on the back patio and the pool. Hoping to book again in the future!

Amazing week!

The house was so spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone said they slept great. The pool was plenty big for our group of 11. Nice surprise finding the extra fridge and ice maker. The game room was a hit with all the adults. Short walk to the beach was nice. Would highly recommend! Thank you for having such a wonderful place!

We had an incredible week at the Beach Retreat April 30- May 7, 2016. This is the best rental we have ever had. The pool, hot tub, arcade room kept the grandchildren occupied and happy! It was Spacious and clean . The few minor things that needed to be attended to were taken care of immediately. We will be back for sure.

Great Family Vacation home

We had a wonderful time at the Beach retreat. We had 24 in our family and this home worked out beautifully! The grandkids loved the pool and spa. The tables outside worked well for the kids eating. The home is close to the beach which we assessed several times. The extra refrigerators served a large family well and the two dishwashers helped out. The kids loved the video room and the bathrooms served our family very well. We would highly recommend this vacation home if you have a large family. We stayed at the Beach Retreat April 2-9, 2016

Amazing House

There were 19 of us that stayed at this property over Christmas 2020. This place was perfect for everyone in our group age range was 1-60. Quick easy walk to the beach and the pool/hot tub were AMAZING!! Game room entertained kids and adults as well! The house is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need plus 2 full size refrigerators another small refrigerator and a separate ice maker. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and groceries. We come to Florida every year and loved this property, it may be our new favorite!!

Family Anniversary Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of room for us all. We spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool and spa or at the beach. The kids and adults enjoyed the arcade. Loved having the additional refrigerator as well as the drink fridge on the island. Could use a few more forks and spoons but the dual dishwashers were great and always one in use. This was a memorable trip for the family! Thank you for the gift of the book, Finding Peace in Life's Storms. I finished it today, the Lord has blessed your family throughout the storms. Thank you for sharing, I will pass it on.

Beautiful Beach Retreat

Your house is gorgeous. Decoration very original . Lots of space. Definitely look better than the pictures. Three master bedrooms, plus other three bedrooms for kids and extra bathrooms.The game room was a big plus. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation.Beautiful outdoor: heated pool and spa was at a great use, (the weather was colder then usual and we couldn’t be at the beach that much ) Short walking distance to the beach. Everything about this house is beautiful, amazing! I loved every inch of it. I could see the ocean from the third floor. Not a big issue but there was no hair dryer in any bathrooms, probably because of safety. We definitely were gonna book again the house. Thank you!

Perfect

We had a group of 18 ranging in age from 11 to 70 and the location was perfect for everyone. We did have to drive into Panama City the majority of the days for activities, which was about 45 minutes with traffic, but it was worth it to avoid the crowds around the location of the house. It was an easy walk to the beach we felt very comfortable and safe. Some days we drove the opposite direction and got to enjoy more beautiful beaches and fun little towns such as Grayton. We have stayed in VRBO houses all over Florida, but this one was our favorite. Everything in the house worked as expected EVEN the arcade games! Great private parking area with room for 4 vehicles. Publix, a pizza joint and a great family friendly burger restaurant next to it came in very handy to avoid the holiday weekend crowds just a few minutes away. We found plenty of little souvenir shops in 30a to visit as well as coffee shops, a donut shop and local restaurants. Very very peaceful location to stay. We could watch some fireworks from the amazing porches and decks that surround the house on both the 3rd&4th ofJuly. On the 4th we drove down to Grayton for a huge fun parade and in the evening we walked down to the beach by the house and watched fireworks on both sides of us going off for a couple of hours. This house had the perfect amount of space and amenities for our group, we would recommend it again&again! We look forward to checking out some of the owner’s other rental vacation homes in the future.

Heavenly!

We loved everything about this house! Beautifully clean and nicely furnished. Outdoor areas were wonderful - especially the sleeping porch. We loved the pool and spa tub. Great location. Awesome to explore the surrounding areas. We plan to come for a longer stay next year!

Oasis

The Beach Retreat was a GOD Ordained oasis for our family! We loved every minute of our time away! We had a few mishaps with the propane and a fridge that was not working - but it ll worked out in time! The mattresses need some updating but overall--- THIS IS A MUST if you have a large family with a variety of ages!

Seacrest Beach house

Wow! We have been several times to this area....this, by far, was the absolute best housing experience! First, the house is in such a great spot, very short walk to the beach. Second, close to all of the fun activities and restaurants in the area. Third, probably the most important, the house was awesome and very family friendly. The game room was such a nice perk, especially with kids! The pool, very nice and heated! The backyard grill, wonderful for grilling. All of the bedrooms very spacious, comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. The bathrooms also spacious. 2 living areas! 3 refrigerators! That’s right, 2 regular size and one bar size. Also 2 dishwashers! Honestly, this was the best appointed house for families. The owners, also very easy, nice and accommodating to work with. Hope to stay here on our next visit!

Absolutely Amazing!!

This house was perfect for us!! Everything about it was just amazing. We had the best time. Lots of great memories were made! The swimming pool and game room was a big hit for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We will be booking this house again. Philip and Rhonda were great to deal with also!!!

Big family rental

We had 18 people including kids in are group, house was awesome had no issues at all. The arcade was great for the younger kids and at night the grown ups too. Pool with the tv was nice to watch some tv and movies with the kids while in the pool. The extra fridge and freezer was great as we only ate out and once and cooked every night, great place will be staying every year hopefully

Perfect Big Family Vacation home!

What a beautiful home! These sites always say beautifully decorated, but let me tell you: THIS HOUSE IS SO MODERN AND DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY! So many common areas that really gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax without being on top of each other! Easy walk, the pool is awesome, the kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking, dining and cleaning with lots of family. We will definitely rent again! Loved having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and the separate ice machine! The screened in porch was our favorite spot to just relax and enjoy downtime together! We rented bikes for all of us and loved riding to Rosemary Beach one day then to Seaside the next. I'm telling you, I never write reviews, but when Rhonda asked me to give a little feedback, I had to! We had babies, kids, teenagers, young adults and parents and then grandparents and all agreed that it was the perfect vacation spot! I travel alot and I highly recommend Beach Retreat!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We stayed at The Beach Retreat home the week of July 14, 2012. We enjoyed this home very much. It met our needs for 16 people very well. The large rooms and furnishings were very nice. 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers were a blessing. Other than enough dish towels and chip clips everything was provided. This was our 4th home to rent in the Panhandle and by far the best. The walk to the beach was very easy and took about 3 minutes. We would rent it again next year but more family wants to join us so we had to book a bigger home but we are looking forward to renting it again sometime. Thanks you owners for sharing your beach home!

Glorious Vacation at the Beach Retreat

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at the beach retreat house. The pictures cannot begin to do this beautiful house justice. It was even better than we had hoped for. We enjoyed a wonderful week of swimming in the beautiful pool and lounging at the beach. The house has two spacious living rooms w/flat screen TV's, as do the most of the bedrooms. The house has plenty of space for all. So many different amenities for young and old to enjoy. We all found things to do. We enjoyed the game room, the beautiful pool, cable TV, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing left out. The owners thought of any and everything you may want, even before you knew you'd want it. Plenty of towels were provided for are group of 11. Brand new appliances including front loader washer and dryer. The area around Seacrest beach has great shopping, activities close by (we particularly enjoyed Panama City Beach). The beach is literally minutes away, and the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us each day were a nice added bonus. The owners were prompt with any questions before arrival and once we arrived we had a number of someone local to help out if we needed anything. Our family definitely plans to visit this property again, as we feel we've found the best Seacrest beach has to offer. Thanks again - The Hills
