We had another wonderful week-long stay! The unit was clean, beautiful, and had nearly everything we needed. Anything that was missing was easily communicated to the hosts, who were very responsive and accommodating. We’ve been staying here for several years and are always happy to come back. This trip happened to be a little warmer than we prefer, but that certainly wasn’t something the hosts could control. We look forward to our next visit!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for during our time in Laguna. The location was fantastic and made it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.The property was well cared for and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the space was after spending our days exploring the beach and surrounding area.The host was wonderful and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Laguna Beach. We would happily stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is located in a perfect spot in Dana Point. The communication with the owners was excellent, and the condo was immaculate.

We had a wonderful stay in Dana Point. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! The accommodations were very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the beach chairs and cooler. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo - all perfect !!!

Loved the property - all as advertised plus more! Owners really thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable !!! Location , views , kitchen supplies , comfy beds and blankets , etc … Loved it all and look forward to our next visit there !!!

This was our second stay at Sunset at Ritz Pointe, and we loved it just as much the second time. We will definitely stay again! The unit is comfortable, sparkling clean, well-organized and well-stocked. The views of the ocean and sunsets are gorgeous, and the beach is only a short walk away. Jaime and Liz are excellent hosts -- responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!

We loved everything about our stay! The apartment is clean and spacious with a great view of the coast, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is great as well, and we especially enjoyed being able to walk to Salt Creek beach. Liz was great with communication, and we would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil Condo

The views and the wonderful, cozy, beach themed, and comfortable condo was absolutely fantastic. Our family really enjoyed the stay and everyone has raved about the accommodations. Well stocked, beach items available, games and close to restaurants and shopping. A short walk or drive to the beach or to get to highways. Overall, fantastic stay!!

Great spot

Location, location, location! Beautiful community and view. The place is roomy, comfortable, and convenient. Loved our daily walks to the beach and back. The area, in general, has a ton of places to walk and enjoy the beauty of the area. Great restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly our stay at this property.

A perfect place to vacation with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunsets and a short walk to the beach. It’s a perfect location in a gated community but entry into the community and the condo are super easy. Only one step to enter the condo and no unit above you. The unit is comfortable, sparkling clean, well-organized and well-stocked. Highly recommended as your home away from home. Definitely my favorite VRBO. I hope to stay here again soon.

The entry door needed paint, the carpet was filthy the owner told me he would clean the carpet next year if we came back. When arriving for our flight home we received a text from the owner that the glass window in the stove cracked. A common occurrence over time as an oven when going from hot to cold while shutting down the glass might crack. We used the oven twice in 61 days, turned it on and off & never noticed a crack. Regardless The owner immediately took 750 from my deposit then gave VRBO an invoice. By law a utility used in normal fashion that breaks is the responsibility the owner to fix. We feel we've been robbed. Of course we could go to court flying from Florida to Cali, LOL

This is the second year this guest has stayed at our property, and he had requested that we hold dates in July and August 2027 for a future stay. After I made the claim he informed me that he will not be returning. Unfortunately, it is disappointing that he has declined to accept responsibility for the damage that occurred during his stay. As a guest in our home, he agreed to follow the house rules, take care of the property, and comply with the terms of the rental agreement. It also would have been appreciated if he had notified us of the issue when it occurred, rather than leaving us to address the damage on short notice so the property could be prepared for our next guest. To any future guests reading our reviews, please keep in mind that there are two sides to every story. We have made every effort to handle this situation fairly and in accordance with our rental agreement. For future stays, my suggestion to this guest would be to consider purchasing property damage insurance rather than choosing the refundable damage deposit option. Mind you this is the first time we’ve had to submit a claim in 10 years.

Amazing Stay, Immaculate Place

You can tell Liz thought of every detail to accommodate all different types of people in this condo. The place was spotless and had everything you could think of from beach stuff to kitchen appliances and tableware. The view was fabulous and we were so appreciative to stay there! We are definitely coming back again.

Loved itll

Our stay was the perfect getaway and the condo was perfect. With views and everything provided that we could possibly need. So well stocked and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. We've been coming to Dana Point for 16 years now and this condon was defibietly one of the nicest. Would definitely enjoy another stay here. Thank you!

Fantastic condo in a great location with unbelievable views! The gated community was very beautiful and the grounds were too. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, and living spaces. Loved having a cocktail on the patio admiring the ocean and sunsets. The hosts were awesome to work with - very accomodating. We want to come back for a longer time next time we visit California because we have found "the perfect condo" for us! Thanks Liz and Jaime for allowing us to share your amazing place!

Beautiful views, lovely condo

This condo was perfect!! Had amazing views, was very clean, was beautifully updated and literally had everything we needed! Felt like I was home!! No detail was left out including earplugs for those snoring roommates. I would highly recommend this home for your next trip to Dana Point, we’ll definitely be back!!

Gorgeous Location

I was lucky enough to be the first to rent this condo and it is beautiful! Its been recently remodeled and has an awesome ocean view. Almost every room has an ocean view. The sunset is particularly beautiful as it sets over Catalina Island. The patio is very inviting for drinks or dinner. There is also a path directly to the beach so no need to walk on streets! A 5 star rental. Matt

Fabulous

The unit was great, there are views of the Ocean from living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, just like home. They have books to help you with everything you need. We will be back next year for sure. If you need a getaway this is the place. Also the owners are very nice and helpful.

Great Dana Point condo

Spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had all the appliances, silverware and cooking utensils you’d ever need. View was wonderful. Easy access from the parking lot, beach chairs and towels provided. We walked to the beach a couple of times and drove the short distance other times. The best documented instructions for the condo and surrounding area that we’ve encountered. Hosts put a lot of work into making our stay enjoyable and stress free.
