Renovated Mid-century - Walk to Harbor/Doheny!

My home is a beautiful mid-century modern bungalow (about 1000 sq. ft) that is renovated regularly with all new furniture, interior paint, etc. It has a foam roof with great insulation, motorized awning, laminate wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, marble dining table, Elfa closets, and a travertine bathroom. It is super clean and the third room looks out onto a lush garden. AC has been added and may be used for a fee. A dog is welcome for a fee. The property is fronted with floor to ceiling windows, a wonderful balcony and a huge garage. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, a picnic basket and a wagon for transporting everything are available.

The bungalow is located at the quiet residential south end of La Cresta (near St. Edwards Church) in the rejuvenated Lantern Village - surrounded by single family homes rather than multifamily rental units.

Partying at this property will not be permitted. And NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE is allowed on the premises.

You may note in my reviews that guests find my home incredibly clean. Even the couch has a cover that is replaced/cleaned for every guest. All linens are changed out for every guest - down to the mattress- including rugs and throw pillows. If you are bringing your pet, I will ask that s/he is bathed before arrival and never left alone in the home for too long. My cleaning price may seem high, but it is a pass-through to my beloved cleaning team and professional laundry person. It ensures you will have a spotless home during your stay, and my cleaning team who has been with me for 10+ years continues to partner with me.
