Welcome to the “Rodeo Drive” of Rehoboth Beach—41 Baltimore Ave! This recently updated, beautifully appointed home is just steps from the beach and boardwalk and designed to host large extended families in comfort and style. Inside, you'll find a cozy front sunroom with plenty of seating and extra dining space, perfect for morning coffee or evening games. The first level features three primary bedrooms, a full living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and direct access to the rear patio with a gas grill for easy outdoor meals. Upstairs, the second level offers four additional primary bedrooms and a spacious rooftop terrace with seating—an ideal spot for entertaining, sunbathing, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Located one block from the sand, prime Baltimore Avenue puts fine dining, art galleries, boutiques, and nightlife right at your doorstep—park once and walk everywhere. The home includes a private driveway for five cars, off-street parking, outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, central AC plus window units for extra-cool summer days. Please note: rentals run Saturday to Saturday; this home is not pet-friendly (there has been a dog on the property), no smoking, and linens are not provided, though a linen rental package is available.

Large house with lots of bedrooms. The bathrooms in each room is a plus but the showers are tiny. House definitely needs some updating. Window units only in upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs can get hot even with the units. Main floor a/c was great. TV’s in some of the bedrooms but they did not work. Location is close to shopping. The area was great for restaurants and bars. With a little bit of TLC this house would be spectacular. Worked well for my large family and the off street parking for 5 cars is awesome.

The location is great for shopping, access to Rehoboth Ave, and not too far from the beach. Ensuite bathrooms for all the bedrooms was an excellent feature. the outdoor shower was very nice. Although rented through VRBO, the actual agent was REMAX, and that was a bit of surprise. Also, there was a bit of mixed-up communication on the written rental instructions compared to the instructions on the property refrigerator regarding trash pickups. The ones on property were correct.

We enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth but it had little to do with this property. There were a few positives and we focused on these. Great location- we could easily walk to and from the beach with our kids and grands. The appliances in the kitchen were nice and appeared to be fairly new (pots & pans were not). There were plenty of nice dishes, glassware and flatware. It was nice for everyone to have a bedroom w/bathroom, but the vast majority of bathrooms were minuscule and not well-maintained (e.g., mold, gross shower head, not well cleaned). A number of rooms had only one outlet, so there were lamps but no way to plug them in. Central air is 1st floor only, window units upstairs (not all clean). We arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher and outdoor trash cans overflowing with trash. The house itself is fairly dark and maze-like. We understand that it was built in early 1920 and once served as a B&B. The dining and living room walls appear to be the original wood. Unfortunately, it has not been kept up such that one could appreciate the charm of those period details. One of the most annoying issues was that the “BBQ Grill” was completely rusted out and unusable. Overall, we managed but would never stay here again. Our review headline would read “We Made Do.”

I had eight bedrooms and eight showers, which was very nice when you came back from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach.

Great home and location for family vacation.

Just a wonderful time at this classic 1920's home. Comfortable accommodations for our large family and convenient to everything (beach, boardwalk attractions, etc.). Kitchen is well-equipped, beds were comfortable, and porch offers great location to just relax.

We were a group of 14. Plenty of rooms and spaces to spread out. The house was well equipped.

Loved being close to everything. Easy to walk to the boardwalk, beach and surrounding stores and restaurants. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom.

Great house

This house was great for our group of 14! The description online is accurate. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great, there is plenty of parking, and the outdoor shower was nice. The location can't be beat - short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy, and they addressed all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay

I loved everything about this house, we had a wonderful weekend. The living room and deck are larger than I realized from the pictures, the bedrooms are super comfortable and cute, and the outside space is amazing. Kitchen is well stocked and much more homely than many rental properties. Will stay here again every single trip to Rehoboth if they'll have me.

40th Birthday Celebration

This house was perfect for our friends and family to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday party! Convenient to everything and plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. It was also nice that everyone could have their own private bathroom.

A Place for Everyone

Literally! This home has plenty enough bed space for a group to stay in and was a 5 minute walk max to everything you might need: coffee, food, drinks, stores, etc. The only thing missing is a little more light. The shared spaces were a bit too dim.

Beach rental

A bit run down. Understood it was an older home but carpet badly soiled and some shower curtain moldy, internet and cable down for 3 days.

Ode to 41st B-more

The house smells like mildew They need to build anew The door knobs all fall off But we were on the best block None of the lock and keys work But being close to the beach is a perk The beach charm triumphed But they need to rip the carpet. Love the roof top deck at night And the porch was just right! As I slept sound asleep, the bed frame fell collapsed. In spite of all this, I think we may be back?

Nice place and location but ….

Location is great, place is generally clean, BUT all entry and exit door handles constantly falling off, making is very difficult to lock the place up, or open the doors at all. Upstairs window A/C units have black mold al in them- very visible and smells. No kitchen knife’s to cut vegetables for cooking, Front porch is great but very loud with the many trash trucks and food delivery trucks every day through til the afternoon. Had a great time though with the family, but just these items above brought frustration and hassles.

A+ Location, C- cleanliness

The 7 master suites and the location saved the day! Checkin with extremely rude Remax front desk person was a precursor to a couple unpleasantries: mice (we trapped 3 while we were there) moldy shower curtains, dust bunnies, electrical issues, wrong internet log in info in book). A bumpy start but overall enjoyed our time here and all agreed we would rent again. Property manager was responsive and quick to help resolve these issues. The cleaning crew came in, traps were set, new shower curtain replaced, but we were inconvenienced. Still waiting for promised cleaning fee refund. I was disappointed that some negative issues referenced in previous reviews were obviously not addressed prior to our visit.

If you like historic houses...

This 1921 home was apparently purchased by new owners in 2020. It seems as if all of the repairs and replacements in the home have been top-of-the-line in re: appliances. All of the plumbing worked great, though two toilet seats were broken when we arrived. We only experienced two issues that I would say needs attention asap. The back door handle and lock were non-functioning. Remax maintenance came to repair it, but said it has been a recurring problem. Hopefully, the owners will make it a priority. Also, mice ate into all of our bread products...sampling a bit of everything we had to offer! Store foods in the fridge or under glass bowls on the counter!

Incredibly Unclean / Avoid

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay. This will be the last time we stay here. The rental was incredibly unclean. It’s in a general state of disrepair. Blood and other bodily fluids on multiple comforters and pillows that were provided. We’re nearly 100% sure there was human fences on the wall above the upstairs bed. We opted to just clean it like we expected the cleaning crew to have done rather than getting any closer to confirm. The place was crawling with bugs and mice. We had to throw out any food we left out the first night because the mice had chewed through everything. So be prepared to keep your food locked up or in the fridge. Half the lightbulbs are out and haven’t been replaced. And speaking of locks, the locks don’t work so you’ll have no security when you’re there. In fact, the set screw for the back door is just missing so the handle falls off constantly. This is assuming you make it inside without constantly stubbing your toe on the improperly installed back door threshold that bloodied four different people’s toes. The house is incredibly damp and smells of mildew (you know it’s bad when the DampRid containers themselves are condensating). The listing says it was recently updated. This cannot be true. This house needs to be shut down for a few weeks of cleaning and actual updating instead of the effortless cleaning that is being done. Just a completely unpleasant experience and it’s a shame given the otherwise great location of the rental.

Cute Beach House in a Great Location

We came down for a long weekend to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette party and see the Sea Witch festival. The house was very cute; your quintessential beach house with tons of space in an AMAZING location. It was a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops.

Great house - great customer experience

We had a family reunion for 15 people. The house was perfectly suited for the event. Extremely comfortable. Great kitchen, great porch, great deck. Ideal location. Sufficient parking. Re/Max was readily available, easy and pleasant to deal with. We’re looking to do it again.

Great group vacation!

Our week was enjoyable...largely due to due our accommodations. They were clean and as pictured in the listing and close to the beach. We did have an AC issue which was promptly resolved and ReMax followed up on as well. Would highly recommend!
