This beautiful 6 bedroom home has unobstructed views of the boardwalk and beach in South Rehoboth. Walk just 3 blocks to all the downtown restaurants, shops and amusements.

On the 3rd level, there are two living areas, one with a large TV and dvd player, along with the kitchen, dining area and Master Suite. Ceiling fans in every room, including bedrooms. Sunny, spacious and beautifully decorated, including hardwood floors, you'll find everything you want in the fully equipped kitchen. The large dining table seats 10 with 4 additional chairs at the bar.

The 2nd Level has five bedrooms and two roomy bathrooms, along with an activities room with 50 inch TV. There is a spacious laundry room that has an extra full sized refrigerator/ freezer so you don't need to keep running to the store. Multiple decks with plenty of furniture on every level including a Widow's Walk on the roof to enjoy the sun and panoramic views.

On the 1st level, there is a large separate area behind the garage for storing your beach gear and bikes. There is off-street parking for 4 cars: one in the garage and the rest in the two driveways. Behind the 1st level is a stainless gas grill, full bathroom and a separate fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Plenty of extra blankets in each bedroom closet.
Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels can be rented through Grand Rental Station

Spacious, comfortable, and great location

Perfect for a large or extended family getaway. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Large kitchen and dining table for in-home cooking and dining. Just a few steps to the boardwalk and lovely beach. Easy, easy walking to Funland and all the great Rehoboth restaurants. Never had to venture to Rt. 1 the entire week!

Great spot near the beach

Great house. Plenty of room for a large family gathering. Everything was in good condition and the location right off the boardwalk/beach can't be beat.

The house is perfectly situated on the boardwalk and is an easy walk to the beach and anything in Rehoboth center area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, drinks and serving take out. Lots of nice outdoor areas, There are beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a corn hole set and play area in the back. Good parking for 4 cars. A/C worked great.We were only disappointed in 2 things - no linens are provided (beds and towels). Also, there is no crib for babies. Otherwise, the place is well equipped. The owner was very responsive to questions and I felt confident they would help us if we had any issues (which we didn't).

Perfect house for a large family beach vacation.

The size, location and condition of this house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Just steps from the sand and sea. And close (but not too close...i.e. beyond the noise) to all of the boardwalk fun that is available.

Another Great Vacation

This property has it all! We especially appreciate the proximity to the beach, Funland and town. The living spaces are comfortable and warm, the kitchen well appointed and the layout functional and practical. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Annual Beach Week

We have been going to Rehoboth/North Shores for over 40 years and have stayed in a variety of places. As our family has grown, 3 Stockley accommodates everyone with lovely spaces. The biggest plus, of course, is the wonderful location. We hope to return often.

Great house in a great location!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was our second stay in this house. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and Funland. The house itself is spacious and clean, with lots of outside porches with ocean views. Nice big dining table for large families. We hope to stay here again!

Great beach house in great location

This was our first time renting a house at Rehoboth, and based on this very good experience, we won't be booking hotels again. The location is superb--just steps away from the boardwalk & beach, and a quick 10 minute walk up the boardwalk to the main Rehoboth attractions. The house itself has ample space and is laid out nicely. The top (3rd) floor has a large living & dining space as well as fully-stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that easily accommodates 10 people. The master bedroom is also on this floor; there is a full bath in the master & another half bath on this floor. The middle/main floor has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths: 2 with queen beds (good for adults), 1 with 2 twins, and 1 with two bunk beds (4 total, great for kids). It also has a laundry room with washer & dryer. At ground level is a one-car garage, storage space, an outdoor patio/grill area in the back, and a full outdoor bathroom. The house, furniture & furnishings have been maintained nicely. We did have two minor problems with the house during our stay--one with the washing machine and one with the garage door opener--but the owner was very attentive and both were fixed during our stay. There is also WiFi, although reception can be spotty and speeds a bit on the slow side. Overall, this was a very nice house to stay at for our week-long beach trip. It was much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel, and the proximity to the beach was a big plus.

Wonderful Property

This beautiful and spacious home was very close to the beach and boardwalk yet in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return again.

Great stay

Absolutely perfect location. Wonderful house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but we did some miscellaneous cleaning that the crews were skipping, such as windows, tables, etc. Overall the house is in very good shape. Some minor handy work is needed, but nothing out of the ordinary. Easy communication with the managers. We've stayed at dozens of houses in Rehoboth over the years, and this one is probably our favorite find so far. We hope to return to it next year.

It was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house had many wonderful features and amenities. The best vacation

Stacey was the nicest host I have ever rented from. Stacey was always prompt with answering questions and so helpful right from start - always answered my texts and was so personable . My daughter in law left a pair of reading glasses and realized after we left . Stacey is mailing them to us! That’s a super host ! The house was beautiful and super clean ! The beds were so comfortable and lots of living space for everyone It was perfect for a big family ! We loved our stay here !

Family beach trip

Very nice house and the location is perfect. The street is at the quiet end of the boardwalk, but you are just a few blocks from all the action. Best of both worlds. There was plenty of parking for us, which is nice because parking in Rehoboth during the summer isn't always easy. Would love to stay here again.

We are a family of 10 from Pennsylvania / Wilmington, DE. We love to vacation together in the summer at the beach.

We have been enjoying the Delaware Beaches our whole lives. Rehoboth Beach is a great place for families and friends to vacation. We enjoy the shopping and great variety of restaurants and love that most everything is in walking distance to our home. Stockley Street has a great beach, away from the more crowded area around Rehoboth Ave. - while still remaining close to everything.

The house is great for big groups and families. There's so much room, you'll never feel you're in anyone's way. And the house has a great open floor plan in the kitchen/living areas. The house is only one house from both the beach and boardwalk - it's so easy to make a trip to the boardwalk for an after dinner ice cream cone - a family ritual we love!
