Unit 88- First class resort property located on world class beach. | This condo is a one bedroom and one bathroom on the 8th floor of the Grand Tower on Siesta Key beach. The Palm Bay Club is a 206 unit resort property that extends from the Intercoastal waterway to the Gulf of Mexico on the barrier island of Siesta Key adjacent to Sarasota, Florida. There are spectacular views down the beach as far as the eye can see. Enjoy morning coffee on the open lanai as the waves crash below, or enjoy an evening drink as the sunsets in the west. Walk out to the sugary white coral sands of the world renowned Crescent Beach and enjoy all things beachy. Use the furnished lounge chairs or rent a cabana for a reasonable fee. Swim or sun at either of the two large heated pools, or relax in the heated spa. Our tennis courts are popular while bicycling and boating rentals are nearby. | This condo was fully remodeled in the fall of 2018. The condo is furnished with a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress purchased in November 2021 also has a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. There is additional sleeping on the queen sofa bed in the living room for guest use. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking (pots/pans, dishes, utensils) and a 12 cup Mr. Coffee standard coffee maker , as well as a Keurig. The condo is fully tiled throughout and is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.
