This newly furnished and renovated, one bedroom one bathroom with a property view condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and has a 50" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The living room does have a sofa bed included. The bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a remodeled walk in shower with grab bars. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. Unit has no ice maker just ice trays. The condo has tile throughout. The patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space. It has sliding windows so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
