Unit 102- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | Our Gulf front condo 1 bedroom 1 bathroom was fully renovated in 2020 and is located on the 10th floor of the Grand Tower Building. Enjoy your breakfast or sunset dinner sitting in the open balcony with full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. Direct views can be seen from every room. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, it sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a single sofa-bed and a 48" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The tiled Living room has a full-size sofa-sleeper, a 65" flat screen TV with Direct TV service and Wi-Fi internet. It is beautifully furnished with the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love your stay in our unit.

we enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay again. wonderful view of the gulf (as promised). perfect size for our family (2 adults, one child). very helpful and pleasant staff to support the stay. our only critiques are that we found the arrival directions confusing. we needed more specific guidance and a map of what to do when guests arrive. would have been good to receive that information a few days in advance of arrival. also, the bedroom mattress felt like it needs to be upgraded. it sagged into the bed frame. also, there was construction that distracted from the otherwise quiet and peaceful community.

Wonderful condo in a beautiful resort community! This property was decorated nicely and well equipped with the comforts of home. The resort has gated access, extremely well maintained grounds, two pools and a hot tub. Staff at the resort are professional, friendly, and helpful. The beachfront view of the ocean and amazing sunsets will not disappoint!

Check in was great. Unit has the most amazing views you could possibly get. Unit was very clean. Spacious bathroom with very nice shower and plenty of vanity space. Everyone that works at this property must get a gappy pill in the morning because they were all soooo nice. We have been to beaches all over the Caribbean and Mexico and Europe but this is one of the nicest for sure. Siesta Key feels safe, and has an abundance of great restaurants!

We were very happy with check in, while accomodating our early arrival with parking, showers, and gate entry until our room was ready. Same with check out. We loved having access to both the gulf and bay sides.

Great location, great beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was lovely, just as the pictures showed. The location was great. There was an issue with the shower controllers, seems one of the handles was put in incorrectly. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next guests. I did get a response right away when I messaged the host. Also, the toilet flushed is odd. You have to manually move the handle into a position so that the water doesn't continuously run. Also, the last few days was super windy so the window in the living room made a howling noise. Everything worked out though, it didn't ruin the trip. We would stay there again.

Excellent Sunset View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect except for the bed. The unit has an ideal Sunset view, and it's located ideally for our stay. I enjoy staying at The Palm Bay Club, and the beach is spectacular! But these were the worst four nights' sleep of my life. The bed moved and made noises; it was incredibly soft, old, and worn to the point of disrepair. It is dented in the middle, preventing us from sleeping at all that night. The bed or mattress shown in the picture is not the bed in the unit; I highly recommend that the owners replace the entire frame and upgrade the mattress. Additionally, the sink in the restroom floods and fails to drain correctly.
