Unit 52- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf Front condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size bed with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.

We loved this spot! Such a great view and easy access to the private beach. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Loved it!

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The view was amazing, watched sunsets on the beach and didn’t have to leave the condo! I would definitely stay there again.

Great get away

Wonderful unit and location. Beautiful beach, private, amenities (umbrella and chairs) were awesome, walk out to your private area. staff very attentive and accomodating, even after hourse (we had a late check in due to delayed flght) Will definently go again!

Relaxing Stay!

Great property with fantastic view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Elevator to the first floor and you are on the beach. Staff was very accommodating! We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay, great views. Only problem is one window was sealed shut instead of fixed so could not be opened. Otherwise lovely beachfront property

Nice place

It is a very nice place, however it is a little dated and there are mirrors EVERYWHERE. Is very clean and everything works as it should. A great place for a couple, would be a bit small for a family.
