Unit 115- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf Views. | This fully renovated (2018) two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker, also a keurig. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Lounge chairs are provided by the property. First come, first serve. The property sits right on the beach with floor to ceiling windows giving you beautiful views of the beach, water and sunsets. There is no water view balcony but with the views from the windows it wasn’t a big deal to us. The property was clean, the unit well stocked with the essentials and close to everything. We would stay here again.

A week at Siesta Key

My wife and I love this 11th floor condo. This was the 2nd year we stayed there and it was as comfortable and elegant and scenic as ever!

We loved it. We also let the management know that the coffee maker needed some updating and toilets needed maintenence. The condo was exactly what we were expecting!Management team and security was awesome!

Great condo!

We loved the Palm Bay Club and this condo in the tower. We had five adults stay and had plenty of room of all of us! We enjoyed the beach and loved that the resort had a trolley stop right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo on siesta!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was so clean and as expected! The views were gorgeous and nice to enjoy from room window view. On the 11th floor we worried about elevator wait times but they were so fast and easy. Would pass along to guests to bring their own toiletries, laundry supplies and things like seasonings and coffee/filters as they are not included. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

April Siesta Key

The weather was great, use your sunscreen! The location next to the beach was as good as you can get. The other guests were really nice. The condo had beautiful finishes and excellent views. Would stay there again.

Nice beach

The condo was in a nice location steps from the beach. The office was nice and the security was friendly. There are 2 pools. The one on the bayside was beautiful.
