Unit 61- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium With Gulf Front Views

This two bedroom two bathroom gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower Building. The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, which both bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The living room is equipped with a 39" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile in the common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

This was a slice of paradise. The view was to die for. Every room in the unit had full length windows. We went to sleep staring at the beautiful gulf and woke up to the same. The unit was clean and the staff were great. We had a slight issue finding the unit because we checked in after normal business hours. The security person was very helpful and we were able to find it. The other very small issue was that there was no salt/pepper or pot holders. Again, very small issue. The place was incredible.

I wish I could stay forever!

Amazing vacation.. the gulf beach front view was incredible. Enjoyed the gym and trolley option for transportation. Situated between captain Curt’s and the village was perfect. We hope to be back again soon! I wish there would have been sand toys and an umbrella in the condo. We ended up buying an umbrella and leaving it there. Was cheaper than renting the umbrella on the beach for $35 a day.

We loved that this unit still had a balcony. Other units in the tower have closed in the balcony to create more living space. This unit was perfect. Comfy furniture and beds, plenty of space, kitchen was well-equipped and the overall property was very nice. Great beach, great location. Staff was really friendly, especially the young man who set up our chairs each morning. We would stay here again!

Negligence

The condo itself is very nice, views INCREDIBLE! The property itself needs an update. There were 6 of us. 1 guest fell walking into the tower as the sand was under the matsand the mats slid. A gentlemen who stays there yearly shared that it happens a lot. He was kind and offered his assistance. On the last evening another guest fell walking up the steps, SAND everywhere. Another guest shared that his wife fell as well. When we went to management, they told us they were aware and there was nothing they could do. My suggestion to VRBO owners is to mwntion that they do NOT maintain the steps and grounds. Gra ted ots a beach, but they did not clear sand the 4 days we were there. Again, unit view beautiful!

It is nicely appointment and everything was clean. The main bathroom could use a new showerhead but the second bedroom showerhead was great. We struggle a bit with getting enough hot water at times, even showering midday when it's more of an off time for people in the building showering. The TV is really small and slow with the streaming. Overall we would stay here again.

We arrived after check-in hours and they were eager to help us...what a great beginning to our vacation.The unit itself was very well maintained, updated and clean. They provided everything you need. We stayed for 5 days, but next visit will be for a week. This unit offers views of the beach and ocean from EVERY room...exactly as I was told it did. Enjoyed the open balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets. If you are wanting to stay "on the beach", this unit is it! It is close to so many restaurants and things to do. I will definitely recommend and will be back, our family had such a great time!!!
