Il Prato di Vignamaggio consists of three independent residences — the Villa, the Cottage, and Il Fienile — which can be rented together exclusively to accommodate up to 22 guests, or individually for a more intimate Tuscan experience with shared access to the estate’s amenities.

The property enjoys a privileged panoramic position with breathtaking views over vineyards and the surrounding valley, offering guests an authentic luxury experience immersed in nature and tranquillity.

The Villa – Timeless elegance and convivial living
The Main Villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six spacious bedrooms filled with authentic Tuscan charm. At the heart of the residence lies a large traditional kitchen connected to a bright dining room and a romantic veranda surrounded by blooming roses.

The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a cosy lounge with fireplace, a TV room for quiet moments, and beautiful al fresco areas complete with barbecue facilities, a pergola dining area, and a ping pong table, perfect for relaxed evenings with family and friends.
