Directly on one of Florida's Best Beaches! Vilano Bch. Oceanfront, St. Augustine

Step right out your back door onto your private deck overlooking the ocean. Nothing between you and the water except sand! This 2 bedroom, one bath attached home (duplex) has been completely remodeled and ready for some Florida memories. Large private deck includes lounge chairs as well as dining. This home is fully furnished including towels, linens and stocked kitchen with everything you need. Coffee pots and a Keurig. Cable, wifi, electric, security all included. Flat screen tv's. Just bring your suitcase. TPC guest welcome! Golf amenities nearby. This home is for two guest only. Visitors are not allowed.

Vilano Beach is the new "chic" beach place to be. Located in North Florida but still small and private. Great restaurants, grocery store, shops, parks, museums and much more near by. Just 5 minutes to historical downtown St. Augustine and 1 hour to Jacksonville Int'l Airport.

Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a pair of twins. This beach house has been in our family for over 30 years and we know you'll enjoy your stay! Perfect set up for two guest with plenty of room.

Please do not hesitate to email with questions. If you need further information provide your phone number and I'll call or text you right away. Since we do not have control over hurricanes, storms or other acts of God we suggest buying Travelers Insurance in case you need to cancel. Google vacation protection insurance. Also, Government issued ID will need to be provided for both guests once reservation is confirmed.

Wonderful host - very helpful. House was exactly as described. Clean, well styled, well-maintained furniture. Amazing view of beach and ocean. No hidden gotcha surprises. Quiet area (at least in early November)Best suited for couples or small family. Only very minor issue is that the house is close to the road. Wasn’t terribly busy, but do need to manage the exit from parking.Bottom line - would definitely go back.

Absolute perfect stay!

My mom and I had the most wonderful getaway at this beautiful oceanfront home on Vilano Beach. Waking up to the sunrise and enjoying our morning tea on the private deck was pure magic. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly communicative and shared so many helpful tips for the area. We loved watching dolphins from the shore, exploring St. Augustine, taking a sunset cruise, and dining at Aunt Kate’s. Checkout was a breeze. Truly a perfect stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Vilano Beach Private Getaway

The place was adorable. The communication was top notch. The view is incredible. Located directly on the ocean with a nice large balcony. It was newly remodeled and very clean. It had everything we needed. The only negative was the bugs on the balcony. We were being eaten alive by something (no see em's maybe). The only time we could enjoy the balcony was if it was super windy. Bug spray did not help and covering up didn't help either. Not sure what the answer is but I just want to make it known because it dramatically affected our stay.

Beautiful beach location

This duplex rental is perfectly located on a beautiful white sand beach. It was so lovely to look at the ocean and listen to the pounding waves. The beach front was amazingly quiet with very few people on it despite the beautiful weather we had while we visited. Coming from New England, we found the water to be very warm and the entire beach environment was exceptionally clean. The rental unit was just as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen is on the small side, but we were not cooking very much so it met our needs well enough. The bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room would benefit from one more comfortable chair as the rocking chair is a bit hard to sit on for more than a short while. The outside deck overlooking the ocean is fantastic and afforded good privacy from the other side of the duplex, even though no one else was there during our stay. Very nice updated furniture on the deck. This is a personal preference, but I would have liked to have had screens in the sliding doors to take full benefit of the fresh air, especially at night. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the homeowners communicated with us very well.

Vilano Beach

The home was beautiful and everything advertised. Hurricane Milton delayed my booking by one day. The island had Wi-Fi issues for most of the stay. All these things were storm related. The host Chip and Cindy did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.

Little slice of heaven on the beach!

This was our second time booking this fabulous place (and won’t be our last). Sunrise on the porch, walks on the beach, afternoon in the shade on the porch and end the day with a cocktail on the porch…..doesn’t get any better!! Close to wonderful seafood restaurants, short drive to downtown St. Augustine, and can almost walk to the grocery store. Absolutely wonderful!

Great location and the beach privacy was perfect for us. The property is really cute and the owners were great, they checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. Views and location amazing and perfect. Tons of restaurants close by.

Beach Paradise!

We stayed five nights at this wonderful beach paradise and loved every minute of it! The proximity to the beach is what drew us there, and you can't get any closer than we were. The unit is super clean and comfortable. The owners were amazing to work with and available by phone immediately if we had any questions or concerns.
