Seaglass. Outage is ideally located with direct beach access to Vilano beach. The outdoor porches and beach views are magnificent. The interior is updated and clean. The location is great with quick access to downtown St. Augustine but secluded enough to provide a great overall beach experience.

Excellent family getaway

This property is stunning. The chance to be directly on the beach every day was exactly what I wanted and that is what we got! The house, beach and weather were perfect during our stay with lots of local restaurants and attractions to satisfy our needs.

The host was extremely welcoming and made us feel like family. Every detail from corresponding with the host to the house itself was beyond exceptional and led to an overwhelmingly positive experience. We absolutely loved how the host took the time after initial check-in to make contact with us and to provide popular tourist options and food recommendations. It only took 2 to 3 hours of being there for my girlfriend and I to start looking at our calendars to re-book. Words cannot describe how incredible the house is kept.

Beautiful location on the coast

This is a great little spot on the Atlantic coast to enjoy sunrises and a long stretch of beach. The house is cozy and the hosts are attentive, welcoming, and responsive.

Great beach getaway!

It is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable house. The location is amazing. Communication was easy and the only 2 very small concerns we had were addressed and resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice private beach stay.

This property is so nice! The view is amazing. The deck with the chairs and table are amazing. Has an umbrella at the table so I was able to have shade but still get sun. The property had everything we needed and so convenient to St. Augustine. Grocery store is within a mile. Loved every minute of it! Our grown children and friends were able to stay on one side and my husband and o had the other side. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Excellent in every way!

Everything about Seaglass cottage was excellent! The house is beautiful, clean, communication was great, and the view is spectacular! Close to all the activities but you also get the beach to take walks on and relax to the sounds of the ocean! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely everything was perfect. Beautiful home directly on the beach. Great floor plan, bedrooms on each end of the house with the living/dining/kitchen areas in between. Very generous supplies of paper goods and kitchen items. Extremely clean and pleasant.

The property is multi levels, ceilings are quite low.We have tall people. The outdoor furniture was broken, which they did give us a credit for but there was really nowhere to hang outside that was comfortable. One of the outlets in the bathroom smell like it was burning on day 2. We reported it, but no one came to fix it. So we were not able to use that outlet. Which was the only one in that bathroom? So friends had to use the other friend's bathroom.It's not what we bargained for.

Amazing beach location with a wonderful view! Interior has been very well updated and the unit was very clean and cozy. Kitchen, bath and laundry supplies were more than sufficient. Marsha and Emily were great hosts and very attentive providing great communication and easy access upon our arrival. Our short stay was very positive.
