Our stay at Coconut Cottage was very nice. The weather was a little disappointing (very cool) but there is no controlling that. We found the house to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it did lack any measuring spoons. The location was excellent. Just a short walk to a fantastic beach and also within walking distance to Aunt Kate’s restaurant and The Reef restaurant. Both of these I highly recommended, especially the brunch at The Reef on Saturday and Sunday! We didn’t use the hot tub but it did look very clean. Tamara, the property manager, was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. Overall I would highly recommend Coconut Cottage for a stay at Vilano Beach.

Great home with two large bedrooms, updated bathrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed the location on a quiet street. Convenient to St Augustine, the beaches, wonderful restaurants. We would definitely use again and highly recommend! Thanks for a great experience.

Coconut Cottage was a very nice place to stay. Beach was right across the street and not crowded. Restaurants close, it was nice to drive the golf cart to dinner. The place was updated and clean with the bonus of a hot tub. Definitely recommend.

Well-appointed house steps to beach

We loved how well-appointed this house was. Lots of towels, plus beach towels, plus beach chairs, umbrella etc. Kitchen had good stock of items for a rental. Good house furnishings. Lovely fountain out back. The beach was beautiful with soft clean sand. We saw dolphins. Just down a short path and across the road. Felt almost private. Loved our stay.

Perfect beach stay

I knew from the listing that it was updated and well decorated. However, I was happy to find a ton of little things that made the visit easier when traveling with young kids: beach towels, toys, chairs, toiletries and basic spices. Bonus for the outdoor shower for us beach lovers. Best VRBO beach house yet!

Cozy Cottage

Coconut Cottage was just the right amount of space for our family of 5. There were plenty of towels and extra linens provided. Decor was modern and beachy. It was a wonderful escape and a short drive across the bridge into St.Augustine. We had a wonderful time.

Quaint cottage, very nicely furnished for the beach feel, would be great for a couple honeymooning at the beach or a great place for an anniversary stay! The two full baths were wonderful, no waiting on the wife!! The one issue was the privacy or lack there of in the hot tub area, all in all a great little house only a 2 minute walk from the beach, would highly recommend this as a vacation destination

This was the perfect place - two friends in town for another friend’s wedding. Loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach as well as the easy ride into downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute home walking distance to beach!

Decided to make a quick trip here with my four year old son last minute, this was his first time in St Augustine and first time in a hot tub ever! The weather had it's moments where we couldn't enjoy the hot tub for very long but we both really enjoyed it! As a single mom, safety was super important and I felt very safe here with him by myself. We can't wait to come back, we were both sad to leave! Thank you for providing such a cute place!!

Great Spot home is very Comfy . Short walk to beach and several local restaurants . Located in a quiet Neighborhood perfect for families . North Vilano iS nice it is not a commercial area . Would definitely stay again and Recommend . The Hosts are lovely they do a nice job

There are several great surf spots around town. From strong beach break barrels to softer more beginner style waves, we have it all.
Fishing? Oh yes, anyway you like to fish, any size you want to bring home, St. Johns county has it. Offshore charters, inshore charters, kayak or paddle board fishing, flood tide, fresh water, piers and jetties.
If golfing is your thing, there are some of the best courses in the world in the area. From TPC Sawgrass, World Golf, to Hammock Dunes, you can play them all and drive less than 30 miles away. Or have a few beverages with friends and family at Topgolf's three story luxury driving range.
