You'll only be a few short blocks from the start of the famous boardwalk, Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Rogers, mini golf and many fantastic bars and restaurants! It's also a strategic location for events at the Convention Center, Ocean City inlet, West Ocean City and Salisbury.

This beautiful unit features a large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You'll also enjoy the large tub, fireplace, flat screen TV's in most rooms, wireless internet and covered parking for 2 vehicles. You'll love the cool breezes that come off the ocean and the ocean views from the large end of building balcony too!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Sapphire Sea is an elevator building.
* Outdoor shower
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Large condo with best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a beach rental. Plenty of room for bigger family and was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Great location close to beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed so many restaurants in walking distance. The only drawback was the wonky wifi- would freeze or lose connection at times despite following troubleshooting suggestions.

Love the location. Convenient to the beach, several restaurants and a small grocery. All a very short walk away. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and large. The living room and dining area were also large. Overall it was a roomy, comfortable condo. The balcony offered a view of the ocean, which was nice. Our daughter loved the information booklet provided by the host. The condo was clean and well maintained. Parking under cover in the build was a real plus. The only problem we encountered was a malfunctioning elevator, which needs to be addressed by the building management. All in all we would come back. We had a great Ocean City vacation.

Perfect location and great condo. Was perfect for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Love that you can see the beach from the balcony. Communication with host was super quick. Only recommendation would be black out curtains for the rooms as it’s very bright at night with all the outside lights.

Great condo

Stayed there during cruise week and I must say this was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in OC. Everything you see in the description is what you get ever room was clean and ready will before our check in time .I will definitely be booking again next year for cruise week

The property is a good layout for families or for sharing. Each room is spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Great furnishing on the balcony for sitting or eating outside. Was stocked with all of the necessity cleaning and laundry products. The property appears to be newer than many it’s adjacent to and also appears to have higher floor to floor heights so it stands out on its block as nicer than the others. This rental, like many, uses a laundry service so there was only one set per person. For a week stay, I would have wished for another set per person or at least one or two extra sets for the groups. In the rental instructions, everything in the kitchen needs to be put away before you leave. Keep that in mind for checking out by 10am. Depending on when you eat breakfast, the dishwasher may not be done before you leave. So plan accordingly as you cannot leave dishes in the dishwasher even if clean. I wish checkout was at 11am since it does take time to return the property back in the condition required in the lease rules and also pack everything up to go. Management company was very responsive. It’s a very convenient location. Beach access is great and feels very private because there is not public parking on the street. It’s a quiet location but also in close walking distance to different places and good options to eat as well as a family owned market.For families, in walking distance to all of the Jolly Roger offerings at the 30th St location.

June Family Vacay

The condo was very clean and it has all the amenities possible for a carefree vacation. The bed and towel linen delivery service was appreciated. The sheet sets for the 2 queen beds were wrong (size: Full), but the owner quickly addressed the mix-up and the correct size sheets were delivered within a few hours. Great location! We would stay here again!

Amazing beach condo

This is one of the best condos we have stayed in OCMD. So spacious, clean and in a great location. The only drawback was no access to stairs from outside so we always had to take elevator up, but were able to take stair down. Access to stairs from bottom level to avoid elevator would be a great addition.

Great place to stay

Beautiful and clean spacious condo! I brought my two daughters and my elderly parents with me on the vacation and we had enough room for everyone. Very secure building with code entry. Beach is right next to the condo and you can see the ocean from the side view. Nice view from patio too. Parking spaces are small for SUVs but if you drive one car you can take up both spaces they allot you. Overall it’s a great place to stay with family or friends!
