You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!

Situated on a quiet canal, this unit is a peaceful oasis in the middle of downtown Ocean City. The spacious unit has a unique 3 BR/ 3 BA set up and gives you plenty of room to stretch out. It is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings throughout. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is ready for all of your culinary creations! You'll love the spacious laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and ample room for your beach gear, stroller, etc. And of course it includes WI-FI access. Fantastic canal views await on you from the deck!

So come and relax, leave your car parked and come make some Ocean City memories with us!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Anchors Aweigh is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* Easy access to the beach and boardwalk
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 16th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is also the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this condo. Kitchen is well stocked with things you don't think about (spices, ziplock bags, straws, etc). Everything was very comfortable and clean. There are even carts to help carry your stuff up to the condo from the parking below - a huge plus! Beds were comfortable and water pressure was decent. Only thing we noticed was that there was no TV remote which was certainly not a big deal considering we didn't watch much TV.

Fabulous place

My family just spent a week at this property and it was amazing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is great. Its quiet in the evening which is great for a sleeping toddler

Great Location!

Condo is very clean, quiet and convenient to beach, boardwalk and a few restaurants. Beach is a short walk. Starbucks is also a short walk.

Great beach condo!

Stayed with several women for a girls weekend away. Great location, great layout, clean unit, and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again next year!

Lovely Beach Condo

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at the beautiful and spacious condo. It was extremely clean, well stocked and has high end furniture and kitchen appliances. Very quiet location but near all the major attractions. The host was very kind and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

Old friends golfing

Property was exactly as advertised. I made the reservation for 4 decades long friends that are now spread out up and down the eastern seaboard. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. Great golfing and restaurants. We’ll definitely be coming back

Nice place very clean

Very clean nice place showed as advertised only said back was parking spaces supposed to be 2 but one labeled as guest anyone could park which they did forcing us to park on street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying in OCMD for our family vacation for the last 5 years. This is the first rental that was actually cleaned well! The location was great as the beach is easily walkable and it’s very close to the bridge to go towards Berlin for groceries. There were plenty of kitchen items and paper products already there that we barely even needed to use what we brought. The included linens was handy as well. The rooms were good sizes and it’s nice that you get a bathroom for each room. I do wish the master bath shower was a little bigger (it’s a standard size square shower. The parking lot was a bit tight with the support pillars so that took a bit getting used to. Would absolutely stay again.

It was our second White Marlin staying and everything was great. It is a beautiful unit. The only complaint is that the owners definitely must have a cat and I am extremely allergic. It was very hard to sleep as it affected my breathing especially the if coming near the quilts and sitting in the chair in the living room. I think it would be nice for owners to disclaim that they have pets so that renters can take that into account. Also part of the supports that hold up the deck above the condo randomly fell off during the week it was obvious that the nails had rusted through.

Family and friends

We had a nice family vacation in Ocean City this year! The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for our group of seven to spread out! We had all ages including greatgrandma, teens, young adults, toddler and friends and everyone had a good time. It’s a very quiet part of town and everyone we met was nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!!!!

The condo was immaculate. The setup was great. It was perfectly clean. Check in and check out was seamless. We have been coming to Ocean City for 20 years, and this is far and away the best place we have stayed in. We will be back for years to come. I can't say enough good things.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is huge and so lovely! We had a group of 5 and it was so roomy and comfortable for our long weekend. It is in a great location, so close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only two issues were the extensive amount of cleaning that was required despite a cleaning fee. Additionally, there was very little toilet paper. The roll in each of the 3 bathrooms were nearly empty and there was only one extra roll available that was also already half used. We were only there for 3 nights so perhaps an oversight during cleaning but inconvenient. Overall this place is beautiful and would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and Lovely

This was our 14th annual multi-gen (adults and 1 teen) family trip to OCMD and our second consecutive stay at this property. We love it. It's decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed for our group (large sectional and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen as we did do some cooking throughout the week. Very spacious overall. The location is also ideal for us. Quiet street in a safe and pretty walkable neighborhood yet just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which we did daily. We also enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings with coffee and evenings with cocktails with its peaceful canal views. Really lovely property.

Great location

The condo was lovely and in a great location. We were happy with our stay. Comfy beds, good size rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and lovely balcony. My only real complaint was all the extra fees. I understand the refundable fee in case of damages, but Vrbo lists a price, and then there are cleaning fees, something called "additional charges," which are not explained, and cost over $400, and adminstrative fees in addition to the rental price. I found all the fees excessive.

This property is really nice and comfortable. Everything was perfect. The unit comes supplied with everything we needed. Walking distance to many local stores. Carpet is so soft. Front door needs to be re-aligned. Other than that, no complaints. Will try and stay here next year. I miss the property already.
