This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices! Arrive and depart with ease thanks to our convenient building elevator and complimentary luggage cart, for a truly relaxed vacation. Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of America in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. This location directly across the stree from the South Beach Access is very convenient and lets you be on the beach in minutes.

Great Customer Service - When help was needed

Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.

It is a great place with an easy 5 minute walk to South Beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The condo building and associated areas like the pool, grill area and landscaping are all very well maintained and pleasant to be around. The other guests there were friendly and respectful. The rental group (Harborview Rentals) were also friendly and helpful. We booked again for next year.

Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

It had everything my family needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Many great restaurants nearby and close to the Everglades for a 10000 Islands boat tour. We enjoyed eating on the spacious lanai. Great location- 3 minute walk to beach, quiet building, nice new pool area, several restaurants walkable. Unit needs updating, carpet smells musty, ceramic tiles cracked, dated appliances, no propane for bbq, no response from host or condo management when propane requested.
