Great Family Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was great. The condo is updated and laid out well. Beautiful views! The customer service was excellent. We had an issue with our door code when we arrived, and they were prompt to respond and fix it even though it was after hours. The mattresses were pretty terrible- lumps of springs basically- and the pool was quite small and basically in a parking garage. The grill was also in the parking garage which was a little odd. Overall, we had a great family trip, and I’m glad we found it!

Great place, great area we loved it. Only thing I have to complain about is the oven took FOREVER to cook anything so I highly recommend an air fryer or even a griddle of some sort and the ice maker was not great at making ice so buy a bag of ice BUT we were there for the beach and to have a great time and we absolutely did. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach. Was perfect for our family of six. Close to everything. Super clean. We will definitely return next time we visit PCB. Thanks for making our vacation a great one.
Great balcony to sit on and watch the sun rise or set.
Military planes flew over almost every day. Was such a cool sight

Beach trip!

Property is advertised exactly as is. The condo was vey spacious plenty of room for me, my mom and 5 teenagers. Loved that it had an actual laundry room, never had to wait long for elevators, water was always hot, ac was always cold. Loved having an assigned parking spot so never had to drive around trying to find one. Because of the unit being in a smaller building the beach was not as crowded as everyone around us. This was great because there was plenty of room for people to put up their own tents and umbrellas. The chair rental people did not take over the whole beach area like most places I have been. The only negative and confusing thing is the codes to get in. There is a code to get in the elevator area when we got there we were confused on where to go or how to get in. Going to or leaving the beach you have to put in a code several times to get thru all the gates and doors. I understand why but still a pain. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This unit was immaculate! Very spacious…the washer & dryer was a real bonus….great location…would highly recommend…. Great for families.

We loved it.

The parking was maybe 30 yards from the elevator and less than that to our room. That made it so much easier than the larger places with the bridge across the road. The room was great. We didn’t want to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just got back from a stay in this room. The stay was fantastic the room looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The only complaint I have and it is very minor, there was some sand and dust bunnies behind the night stands in one of the rooms. I could definitely look over it because it is easy to leave things like that behind. Other than that the room was emaculate. The gentleman cleaning the pool every morning was always pleasant and spoke every time we passed him. We ate at a few new restaurants when we were down this time. Of course Pineapple Willy's will always be a choice when we are down for a visit, but we also ate at Fords in Pier Park and the food was delicious, it took a bit to get our food but only being open for a few weeks it was a great experience. We also ate at Sharkey's and Harpoon Harrys for the first time. Our service was terrible at Harpoon Harrys, I could understand being a little neglected if they were super busy, but we went before the dinner rush so they were not that busy, but the food was good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back in the future.

The VIEW from the balcony was breathtaking!!! The condo came equipped with everything we needed , even all cooking utensils and several pts and pans. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate views and location! Customer service for Marisol was top notch & so friendly. Very accommodating when I needed a later checkout. Unit was spotless. I gave 4 stars for the amenities of the unit - as there wasn’t any hand soap, kleenex - they request to put dishes in the dishwasher and start it , however no detergent pods. Minor things I was able to take care of myself! This will now be my forever “go to” spot when visiting Panama City!!!!

Fyi tell renters the baggage carts aren’t on ground floor and location of trash bins and ice machine and let them know where to park for unloading otherwise all was well thank you for the experience!

Great Visit

My husband and I took our son and his friends on a graduation trip. This place was clean and in a great location. I am very picky about where I stay but I will definitely stay here again. The outside of the building doesn’t give it justice once you walk in the door. I was a little worried at first after receiving a call saying one of the elevators would be down during our stay and everyone would have to use one, but that was not the case. We arrived to see both elevators were fully functional. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping arrived 15 minutes before checkout. I’m the type of person that wants to stay every minute of what I paid for. Needless to say they had to wait outside until 10am lol Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Great location!

Condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. Washer/dryer/stove need updated. Stayed for a month. Would definitely stay here again but found out the unit was already rented for the following year same day we checked in. Very disappointed!

Great place….great views

Loved condo….please be more descriptive of appliances in kitchen…seen no mention of blender or coffee maker and we ended up bringing with us unnecessarily.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was more like a hotel stay. Any condo I have stayed at at least had salt and pepper, extra garbage bags, butter knives. If I would have known I needed to bring that stuff I probably wouldn’t have booked my stay there or been more prepared. If you’re renting out a condo for 10 people for a week I’m sorry but I believe they need more than just the garbage bags that was in the 2 cans. Not worth the money I spent. And the furniture was gross. Pictures definitely are outdated
