The fully stocked kitchen features white cabinets and plenty of counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with oven, as well as, cooking and eating utensils to create some delicious meals during your stay. The dining area has a dining room table and seating for six. After dinner, take a step out on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful sounds and view of the ocean. There is also a separate ice maker and mini fridge in the property. It's a really convenient way to pack a cooler for a day out on the beach!

Tradewinds 503 offers an incredible private balcony with a table and chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee out here or dive into a good book as you relax in private. Tradewinds 503 features a private master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a dresser with a flat screen television, and plenty of space to make yourself feel right at home. Tradewinds is located in New Smyrna on the non-driving portion of the beach. The property was built in 1986 and has 96 individual 2 and 3 bedroom units. Tradewinds’ double towers span over four acres of gorgeous beach front property. The complex is perfect for snowbirds or for guests looking for a longer beach stay- the property has a 30 day minimum.
