Spacious Home One-Half Block from Beautiful Beach in Bethany

This is a ten year old house one-half block from one of the most beautiful and spacious beaches in Bethany Beach, Delaware. The home features a fantastic view of the bay from the third-floor master bedroom deck, as well as a second-floor, screened-in porch for total relaxation.

The house has four bedrooms with king-size beds in the master bedroom and another bedroom, a queen-size bed in the third bedroom, and two twin beds and one set of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. The house has an internet connection. There will be four (4) televisions in the house with cable.

The home is in the north part of Bethany. It is very accessible to local restaurants, Rehoboth Beach, as well as downtown Bethany Beach.

Check in: 2 PM. Saturday

Property was perfectly described and met our familyā€™s needs as hoped! Owner was super communicative. Check in was easy and timely. We had spectacular weather so that always makes things that much better.

Great house close to the beach

Such a great place. Close to the beach. Jack and jill bedrooms. Loved all the fun beachy decorations. Owner responsive to questions. Note to others: bring your own dish towels and sponge for the kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella not great - bring your own.

Great beach experience

We had a great time at this beach house. Everything was as described in the listing and communication with the owner was prompt and efficient. The house was spacious and well equipped for our party of 9 people.

Nice place but a little dated

Owner was easy to communicate with. The place had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen was fairly well equipped Bedrooms were jack and jill. Beds were comfortable. We got a call from owner a couple of days before our stay informing us that central air was out and needed a part not knowin when it would be fixed. The owner had window units installed in each bedroom and downstairs. Cooling was not a problem.Plenty of beach chairs were available. Short walk to the beach. outside enclosed shower and hose to rinse off. The place needs a little work. It was a good stay. Plenty of parking as there were 5 spaces

Terrific beach house, highly recommended

We were very happy with the location, layout and overall quality of this house. Clean, spacious, well furnished, so many beds and balconies, lots of parking and just 1/2 block from the beach. Weā€™ve stayed in this neighborhood every summer for 20+ years and the beds were high quality, way better than most other houses, also fewer stairs to the 1st floor. Layout is great because everyone has an ā€œen suiteā€ bathroom (bathroom connecting 2 bedrooms on each floor). We had 2 maintenance problems (AC and toilet) and the owner responded within 5 minutes, sent over someone to fix it within 45 and we did not need to be home.

North Bethany/ Villa Way

We had a great stay at the Villa Way property. The house suited our needs. It was roomy and comfortable. Great views from the balconies and conveniently close to the private beach. Mr Silverman was helpful in the check in process. Quiet neighborhood, except for my grandkids at times. Thank you for a great stay.

Fun at the beach

The house was extremely well equipped with everything one could hope for in the kitchen plus extras like mini coolers and beach chairs. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach do family could come and go in their own schedule.

Perfect Oceanside home- in North Bethany Tower Shores community

Very spacious 3 story home with 4 spacious bedrooms that is located in North Bethany in the Tower Shores community. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Home is Oceanside: it is an easy 2 minute walk to private beach access area. Outdoor deck off the master suite on 3rd level of home and screened in porch off the bay facing bedroom on the second floor of the home offer gorgeous views of the bay across Rte 1. The home offers 5 parking spaces. Outdoor shower and 2 outdoor hoses for rinsing off from the day at the beach. Excellent working air conditioning- keeping the ceiling fans going helps circulate the air and the 3rd level was kept cool. Very comfortable mattresses. No linens provided but we had a linen service (Gale Force Rentals in Bethany) deliver bedding and towels and an extra beach umbrella (the house came with one big beach umbrella and a smaller one). The house came with plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys. We loved the beautiful and excellent working large 3 burner Weber gas grill! Picnic table in side yard by the grill. Top loading washer and front load dryer in excellent working condition. Laundry on second level of home. Top floor: 1 master bedroom with King size bed and open deck that overlooks the bay. An adjoining bathroom to the second 3rd floor bedroom which has a queen size bed and a small balcony that looks into the side street. Good water pressure in the shower. Second floor: 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a screened in porch that has comfortable wicker furniture and a beautiful view of the bay. An adjoining bathroom to a second 2nd floor bedroom that has 2 twin size beds and a set of bunk beds (the bottom part of the bunk bed was a double/full bed). Good water pressure in shower. Each bed has a quilt/comforter and there are a lot of pillows. Again, you will need to bring your own towels and sheets or rent them from a local linen service (we used Gale Force Rentals and their service was excellent and convenient). Each afternoon, the Sno Ball truck drives around and lets people on the beach know he is selling Sno Balls (snow cones). There is also an excellent seafood restaurant (casual dress) called Mattā€™s Fish Camp that is a 3 minute walk from the house and in the Tower Shores community. Excellent crab cakes, peel and eat shrimp and key lime pie! They also sell ice for your cooler! This is a beautifully decorated, very clean home- thx for the wonderful vacation Gary Silverman!

Perfect beach getaway

Spacious property with an amazing location. Plenty of beds, fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, more than enough interior space for a rainy day even if you have a large group, strong WiFi, good water pressure, washer/dryer. Property made a beach trip so easy because you stroll right to the beach (60 seconds, private access, owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, some toys, etc.). watch the sunset every evening from two different balconies - the view is amazing. owner is super nice! really responsive and communicative. we had a great stay!

Location good. Ants in kitchen. One grill did not work at all, the other grill was filthy and would not heat over 250 degrees. the regulator leaked. Carpeting going up the stairs and hallways were disgusting. Seal on refrigerator was broken and allowed ants into refrigerator. Air conditioning unit was not sufficient to cool the house, it never got below 75 degrees and was up to 85 during the day. Towels left near washer and dryer by previous occupants.
