Grayton Beach has been named one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world by Travel and Leisure and Conde Nast. Your slice of heaven awaits you at the spacious beach house called Sea Forever in the heart of Grayton Beach!

262 Garfield Street is a brightly decorated beach home featuring five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. A family reunion or relaxing couples' getaway can successfully accommodate you in this home that sleeps 14 very comfortably. Three bedrooms have king size beds and private bathrooms. Two children's rooms with a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. Two sets of bunk beds, a full, and twin bed offer plenty of fun in two separate rooms for the kids. A large, well stocked kitchen, table to seat the whole gang, a spacious living room with TV/DVD player and stereo, and plenty of board games will keep everyone entertained on the fabulous top floor.

Two large front porches with a wonderful gulf breeze and view are perfect for playing cards, al fresco dining or watching all the happenings at downtown Grayton. Grab a hammock chair and finish that book you have been wanting to read.

The house is furnished with all hardwood flooring, eclectic art from local artists, different lighting, and wonderful fabrics and colors. From the front door, you are only 37 steps away from the sand!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family. It is so close to the beach and steps to the Red Bar. Grayton Beach is one of our favorite vacation spots. We will definitely book this house again.

Everything was Grayt!!

The location is ideal with good parking and access to the beach. The view from the balconies was wonderful. I loved the layout and there was good room for our party of 11. There are basically 3 masters with king sized beds which was perfect for having 3 married couples. The ONLY suggestion I have is replacing the mattresses. The beds weren’t very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for family get together

Everything was as good as we expected plus the location was perfect for family attending a rehearsal dinner on the beach. Grandchildren really enjoyed playing by the canal joining the gulf with the lake. Adults enjoyed proximity to restaurants. Wonderful time—great house and location.

Wonderful beach house

We absolutely loved the house. Convenient to beach without being "on" the beach. The house was fresh, clean, comfy, roomy... loved the living room and kitchen... loved the decks... just great!!! I have to say though that there is a downside to this property... it's right next door to The Red Bar (which we knew ahead of booking). We had no problem with the restaurant at all, never heard a sound. BUT there is a constant presence of delivery trucks in front of the house each day, and the dumpster truck come 2-3 days a week at 8am. All of this is pretty loud and does not make for a pleasant morning cup of coffee or a afternoon cocktail on the deck. Also, not sure if it was due to restaurant or access to beach, but there is a lot of traffic. I found both of these things bothersome, but others might not, just wanted to mention. The plus side to being next door to The Red Bar... you can run in for beach drinks and food whenever you want! Loved that! So it's a trade off. :) Overall, great house!!

We had an amazing time getting back in touch after 6 years of our families were together. Grayton is the only place we were wanting to bring everyone together. The house was large enough so we had our own space.

Grayton Beach Getaway

Location was very noisy ...more than expected Most of bathrooms had low light and that was difficult. The master and en-suite was very nice but other bedrooms lacked good lighting just like bathrooms . Living area was great and kitchen and laundry were well equipped and comfortable. Having living area on third floor was very difficult with three flights of stairs to navigate many times a day. "Think elevators". The house sleeps 14 people, but the refrigerator cannot accommodate that many people, so grocery shopping often. For these reasons and the price of the rental, I don’t think this rental is for my group.

Great location

This was an excellent home very near the beach. Our requests for service were promptly attended to. We enjoyed the fact that the master bedroom was on the same floor as the kitchen, living room. An added bonus were the 2 large porches with views of the ocean. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

My nine college friends and I have been getting together and going to a different place for the last 23 years - this trip was one of the best! House was beautiful and enough rooms / bathrooms for 9 ladies getting showed and dressed at the same time. Great beach, top notch. Just a fabulous trip.

The perfect beach home in fun and funky Grayton Beach!

Our family (7 adults and 2 children) recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and spacious home at 262 Garfield Street in Grayton Beach. For our needs, this home was just perfect! You are three homes away from a well maintained boardwalk and beach access to magnificent Gulf waters and pristine sand. You are next door to the Red Bar—- a restaurant you must check out for its all around appeal and fabulous, fresh food and fun vibe. I was worried that the proximity to the restaurant might be too noisy but the home is so solidly built that noise was never a problem. ( That being said, Waste Management pickups at 6:00 am could be heard, but I think that is just the reality of the area.) The home is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, kitchen supplies and high quality linens. You will lack for nothing! Also, this property has two fantastic front balcony porches where we spent most of our time. One direction we looked at the magnificent water, the other direction we looked at laid back Grayton Beach. A great trip and a great home! We would highly recommend this home for your family’s outing.

Great location and we loved the Grayton community. Cute shops and several great places to eat!!

This was our first time at Grayton Beach and we will definitely be back!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The beaches were beautiful and we loved being away from the busier Destin area.

Perfect beach house steps from the water.

This house is gorgeous, bright, airy, and tons of space for multiple families and kids. It was the perfect place for a truly relaxing family vacation, and the proximity to the beach made going out with the littlest member of our family a breeze. We loved it so much we called and extended our stay by an extra day; we just weren't ready to say goodbye yet! Cannot say enough good things about this place.

A+++ Place to Stay!!

We vacation in Grayton Beach at least once a year. We have stayed in multiple locations within that community, but this property was above and beyond any we stayed in! Perfect location. Super clean, stocked with the every day items you need & plenty of room for 4 families. We loved sitting out on the top deck. GREAT VIEW! We will definitely be staying here again.

Huge house, great location

This house is very spacious and extremely close to the beach. You are one house away from the beach and right next door to Red Bar, so the location is impossible to beat.

Great location

Great location, good view of the ocean, and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the house easily met our needs. Really enjoyed the balcony, the 3rd floor living area, and the bright coastal feel of the house. I would recommend that if you have small children (we have a 13 month old) that you bring a child gate because the stair well is in the middle of the living area. Otherwise, all was great.
