Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 60 days or more before check-in
No refund after 60 days. (Holiday Policy exists)

Security/Damage Deposit: $2500. Credit Card is retained by VRBO for 14 Days after your Stay if Damages have occurred or Host's Security Agreement has been broken.
