In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large private master suite plus an additional half bath in the foyer.

On the second floor, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms with two full baths and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Continue up to the crow’s nest for the fourth bedroom with 360° views of Martinique, the adjacent Bon Secour wildlife refuge, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Other features include 9- and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, new central heating, and air conditioning, lots of storage areas, two porches, and one screened patio.
