Welcome to Hook, Wine and Sinker!
This oceanfront single family home has been completely renovated from top to bottom into a beautiful 4+ bedroom, 4 bath single home with a modern farmhouse feel.
1st floor is the bedroom level where you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 Ocean View master bedrooms (both with queen beds) and private bathrooms with deck access from bedrooms and bathrooms! Bedroom #3 (2 twin beds) and #4 (2 twin beds). 3rd bathroom is a shared bath and has access from hall and 4th bedroom.
2nd floor: Beautiful fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances and finishes, dining table for 10+ people, and living area with fireplace.
A bonus game room separate from the living area by barn doors offers the option for a 5th bedroom with a queen size murphy bed and full bath.
Outside decks, private walkway to the beach, outdoor shower, bbq grill and beach closet.

Most Emerald Isle NC beachfront homes are duplexes. Double check before you book. This is a true single family home that your family will love.

We loved everything about this house. First, the location is perfect-steps from the beach with a great view from the deck. We did a fair bit of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was all in great shape. The decor was adorable and the beds were comfy. The owners responded quickly whenever we contacted them. We have stayed in many homes in Emerald Isle over the years and this is definitely one of our favorites!

Property was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice machine that we didn't know we needed but loved. The bedrooms were comfortable, wifi and TVs worked well. The hosts provided clear check in instructions and local recommendations. We had one issue during our stay that the hosts dealt with immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beachfront Beauty

Our family loved our stay at Hook, Wine, and Sinker. Stunning, sweeping views of the ocean. The home is comfortable and modern. Steps from the beach. Doesn’t get more convenient than that! The hosts are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Extended family vacation.Property is as advertised, beautiful beachfront home, wonderful beach views from inside & the upper and lower decks. Great residential neighborhood, quiet, beach not crowded. Fort Macon is a good local historical tour. (Free) Fairly close to markets and dining by car. Alex & Kelly were very responsive to inquiries throughout the whole process.

Fantastic cottage!

Hook wine & sinker will definitely be on our short list of cottages going forward! The bedrooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was incredible! It was a little awkward having to go thru bedrooms or underneath to get to the beach, stairs from the top floor would be welcomed. My family is ocean oriented and this cottage was a winner for us!

Great Location Great Beach House!

This is a wonderfully remodeled beach house! We had a great time staying and would definitely opt to stay here again. The location is great, right on the beach, and the home is spacious; big kitchen, plenty of rooms and bathrooms.

Very nicely updated and perfect location/access to a great family beach. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, which is just what we wanted. The bedrooms were very comfortable for our four kids (ages 7mos to 8), and my husband and I both commented on how comfortable the beds were. They had beach chairs and some toys for the kids, which meant we didn’t need to buy anything for the beach (thank you!). The house was very clean, plenty of towels provided, and full-size washer/dryer. Wifi worked great—my husband did some remote work and had no problem. We hope to stay again next year!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful property, its location, its cleanliness, the way everything is kept in the house. My family and I always say that before we even think about wanting some thing, the wonderful owners have already provided it. We value the day we found this wonderful place.

Perfect house right on the beach

We loved this house. The view from the top floor living area looks out over the ocean and is incredible. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, and includes a Keurig, crock pot, and ice maker. The beds were very comfortable. This house couldn't have been better for our family of six. There is a pack n play if you need it! When I needed to contact the owners, they were very quick to answer. We would absolutely stay in this house again.

Better than we could have imagined

If we could give this incredible home more than five stars we surely would have. We hosted our son, his wife and their toddler and 13 week old twins! The proximity to the beach, the layout in this super large home and all the appointments were far above our expectations. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and we made memories for years to come. We will be back!

Gorgeous place with fantastic view!

We had a great stay and this property! The view is so nice and the balcony was the perfect place for quiet time, visiting with family, coffee time. Just steps away from the ocean. Awesome open kitchen with everything you could need there. Everything clean and comfortable. Close to everything but on a quiet street. Loved being there and already looking forward to next stay there!

Awesome beach home!

This house was wonderful. Ocean views, easy beach access and decks with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was stocked with griddle , waffle iron and hand mixer. Layout of bedrooms and bathrooms are good.

Family time on Emerald Isle

This property was perfect for the 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 children. The house was gorgeous. Multiple bathrooms and the outside shower were great. The direct beach access was amazing! Just a quick drive to shops and restaurants in either direction. It was a wonderful family vacation at Hook, Wine, and Sinker!

Just perfect!

This place was so beautiful with a fabulous upper and lower porch for sun and shade lovers. The kitchen was well appointed with an additional ice maker. Our extended family had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back!

The view is the best I have ever seen on Crystal Coast. The place is very nice, spacious, and accommodating. Lot s of room to comfortably be together. Multiple bathrooms down stairs with the bedrooms also provide a group of people lots of privacy, and ability to separate when desired.

Wonderful Beachfront Porperty!

The home was beautifully and tastefully renovated. VERY easy and short walk to the beach from the deck. Some "Oceanfront houses" are actually set back between other residences and it forces you to walk down a very long elevated walkway to the beach itself.. not the case here! This made it very easy for our family with the little ones. Very well positioned on the island to go either way on the main street to food and entertainment. I would highly recommend.

The perfect beach house for groups

We came here for a low key bachelorette weekend and the house couldn’t have been better. The open space, huge kitchen and direct access to the beach made the weekend one to remember. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were soft and the house was very quiet. It’s further down the island so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. 9 of us fit perfectly. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great the house was. Would recommend to anyone coming to Emerald Isle!

Another Awesome Year!

Outstanding home and view

Great home for all my fellow minimalists/germaphobes! Beautifully curated and well maintained home with a spectacular kitchen. It was our first visit to Emerald Isle and this was the perfect home for our vacation.

Amazing house and view!!!!

This property was incredible, it was clean, spacious, decorated perfectly, all the additional things added so much—the ice maker, the can coozies, the games, the fireplace, palm trees, and cacti, it was the perfect place for my family of 6, and the view, the deck space, WOW, I just can’t say enough how amazing this place was and the memories we took away were priceless, thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us!! My family travels all around the US and has found Emerald Isle to be a hidden gem. We are from Douglassville, Pennsylvania and have 2 children and 1 dog who all love the Southern Outer Banks. On most days at the beach, you will find our son and daughter in the ocean, while our dog is digging in the sand. When not at the beach, my husband works too much, and my children are involved in too many activities. I look forward to when our family can slow down and enjoy a vacation on Emerald Isle.

Most of the beachfront homes are duplexes in Emerald Isle. This is a true single family home offering a bit more privacy. Emerald Isle offers uncrowded beaches and warm waters. Besides relaxing on the beach, we love to explore the sound with our kayaks, visit the aquarium and Fort Macon, and shop in nearby Swansboro and Beaufort.

For the chilly nights off season, the 6ft linear electric fireplace with driftwood interior allows you to warm up after fishing all day. The wall of windows keeps the ocean in your sights from the living area and great ocean views and deck access from the master bedrooms.
