Vintage Beach Cottage with Modern Flair!!!

Impeccably maintained & stocked with all the perks. This pet friendly home sits on a large lot with fenced backyard located one house away from a public beach access which delivers you directly to the emerald waters & sugary white sand of the Gulf. Travel the opposite direction, approximately 75, feet and take advantage of the boardwalk access which makes carrying carts and rolling coolers a breeze.

The family area is accented by no hassle ceramic tile floors, granite counters, vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. There is a large flat-screen smart television as well as a stereo system for vacationers enjoyment. This cozy beach house provides meal seating for 10, plus bar seating for two more. The outdoor space with it's fenced in yard allows those pets to safely roam, you'll find a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment if you've had all you can take of the beach for one day, and there's a Hot/Cold Shower to wash away the sand and suntan oils. Additionally, for those who want to watch the ocean waves or the sun-rise and set, try the upper deck with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Dog lovers welcome (25 lb weight limit) with $200 per pet fee.

This property was not at all as it was displayed. There were many many leaks inside the property that we notified the owner about, but was obvious the leaks had been happening for a while due to the amount t of damage already done. We spent more time cleaning up water and rewatching towels to clean up said water than doing anything else. The back yard was full of weeds and grown up to the point that we couldn’t even use it unlike the pictures. There isn’t a comfortable place to even sit in the house. Majority of the furniture is outdoor furniture. We even left early due to being so uncomfortable.
The disgusting smelling water leaking from under the sink and dishwasher.

It was great, we just had a scare when we pulled down a spare pillow feom one of the bedroom cabinets and a needle feel down from the top shelve with ohr 2 yr.old grandbaby in the same room. Thankfully whe was not stuck with the needle.

Good property, closse to the beach. Check in was easy and good communication from the owner. Things that could use improvment. Cleaning of oven, microwave and fans (little details). Kitchen: Excessive pot and pans, most are in bad shape and need to be replaced (toxic).Love that the light switches were labeled. Please consider something similar for the kitchen utensils/appliances/ect. Backyard looked overgrown. The roof patio deck was amazing. Loved the outdoor shower, being able to rinse off before going inside. Thank you. Would absolutely come back!

The location was perfect for the Pensacola Beach Blue Angels airshow. The house was as described, but the cleaning company left a lot to be desired! I did contact the owner and we did have communication between us even though she was out of town in a remote area. When we walked in and checked everything, the kitchen trash had not been taken out nor were there any extra trash bags. There was a trashcan on the side of the house that was over full and an empty trashcan on the street which we used. However, the floors were full of sand, and I know the house was on the beach, but expected to have the floor clean before we walked in the door. I had to deal with Florida Power & Light for two hours in the heat to get the electricity back on in the master bathroom and laundry area because of a circuit breaker issue. There is mold inside of the ice maker shoot where the ice comes out of. The outdoor grill needs to be replaced because it is practically rusted all the way through and had not been cleaned. There was also sand on top of the bedspreads in the bunk room, which makes me wonder how that happened. I paid very good money for this house and expected a lot more. The owner did say thank you for pointing out all of the issues but it would sure be nice to get a partial refund at least! I would recommend this house after all of the issues are fixed and taken care of.

Wonderful neighborhood very close to the beach. We trekked back and forth from the beach to the house with no problem. The back yard was a bit overgrown so we weren’t able to use much of it. The barbecue pit was also not as pictured (it’s a small charcoal pit instead of the stainless steel one pictured). The owner was quickly responsive when we lost power one day (due to an area outage) and kept us updated on the outage. Overall wonderful stay and would return here!

April Trip

The house is very well supplied from kitchen to bathrooms. The TV's in the bedrooms all work . I have been in some rentals where they do not. Volley ball net and corn hole game in the back yard. Lots of comfortable seatig in the back. VERY quiet neighborhood no loud music oe loud vehicles. Locals are friendly and will actually talk with you.

Cozy house, great location

House was cozy and clean, well furnished. Everything worked well and there were plenty of towels and kitchen dishes. The deck at rooftop level was great, we sat up there every morning and evening and just enjoyed the breeze and the ocean sounds. Very nice patio and deck furniture. The house is older but seems to have been kept up pretty well The backyard was very overgrown with weeds and lots of sand bur stickers and was unusable for anything. If it was cleared and the stickers taken care of, it would be awesome for volleyball, hammocks, or whatever. The location was perfect for us, right across the street from the beach and there are two easy beach accesses literally just steps away from the house. This is located in a very nice neighborhood. We would stay here again for future visits due to location, price, and beach proximity.

worst VRBO experience ever

We were a group of 5 adults and 5 children staying for a week in August. We rented here for the location, a short walk to the beach. We soon discovered the property had no working hot water. The owner was mostly responsive by text and phone, but it became clear that she does not live in the area and she doesn't have a local property manager to handle problems. Therefore we had to use precious vacation time to be on site for a plumber. The plumber informed us that the hot water heater was dead and should have been replaced approximately 10 years ago based on the model and expected life cycle. So we had to spend more precious vacation time the next day while plumbers replaced the hot water heater. About 2 days into our vacation we finally had hot water. But the biggest problem was what appeared to be black mold growing on the wall in the room with bunk beds for kids. The property owner shipped cleaning supplies to the property, apparently with the expectation that we would clean and remediate the mold ourselves. The bedroom appears to have previously been a garage that was converted into a living space. The conversion was shoddy (I'm no expert, but I'm sure it wasn't up to code), hence the mold. Long story short, after spending 6 hours of precious vacation time on the phone with VRBO, we checked out early, VRBO refunded all of our money and helped us move into a better/safer spot.. Stay away from this place! Also, VRBO customer service is a mess!

awesome place!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Plenty of room and easy access to the beach (what my family loved the most) The town of Pensacola Beach was better than expected. The restaurants were great and just over the bridge was grocery stores and anything else you may need. The beach itself was awesome as well. No need to get up bright and early to find a good spot, plenty of space and no crowds. Stephany was great to work with and was quick to respond to any needs. If you are going to Pensacola Beach, rent this place!

Delightful cottage, Great location

This house is in a great location. Not right on the beach, but a very close walk. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Good place for a family vacation.

Great spot, disappointing property

Great spot along Pensacola Beach but unfortunately our family reunion had a dark spot. This property is NOT what is portrayed in the listing's description or pictures. There was NO table with chairs on the back patio, there was NO picnic table, there was NO hammock. The backyard was so overgrown it was virtually unusable, the rooftop deck was in terrible and unsafe condition, there was garbage lying on the front yard up against the house. The interior was filthy with disgusting stains on the inside of the entry door, on many of the kitchen cabinets and the furniture was stained dark with wear that had to accumulate over years of use. To VRBO's credit they forced the owner to refund our money (minus VRBO fees etc.). BEWARE

House needs work

The house was just ok. The location was great! But, there were a few issues with the house. The landscaping needs a major makeover, long weeds everywhere, unable to use volleyball net in the back yard. The upstairs deck has boards missing. The chimney leaks when it rains causing big puddles of water on the living room floor. The pull out sofa bed had cheetos and looked filthy! The pics posted online must be very old, the ocean view is now almost completely blocked by other beach houses now. Photos show nice colorful beach chairs in the yard but they werent there when we were there. If you can get passed all that you will enjoy your stay. Overall we enjoyed it.

Family beach vacation 2023

There was 11 of us ages 4 to 60. Everyone had a great time there was even room for everyone to sit down at the same time. The house was really close to the beach and had everything we needed. It was an older house and didn’t have all the steps to get into it a big plus for me. Very clean and nice. A very short drive to restaurants. Plus the beach was not crowded

Great House

We had a wonderful stay! House was super comfortable and close to the beach. Working ceiling fans in every room which is a must for us. The backyard was perfect and just what we needed for grilling dinner. Property manager was great and easy to get in touch with. Over all a great house.

We own two properties on Pensacola Beach, but we love that this home is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with two beach access points just steps away. The house itself has the unique charm of the original beach properties, sitting at ground level, making unloading the car a breeze. The very spacious fenced in backyard with volleyball court, hammock, a patio for cookouts and an upper deck to view the ocean provides the perfect combination for any beach escape. No stairs to separate your group so no matter your age group or which aspect of the property currently peaks your interest, everyone feels included.
