BRAND NEW (HEATED) POOL AND HOT TUB AT SAN DE LUNA!

This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

Property amenities include onsite (heated) pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Convenience and relaxation awaits with just minutes to access nightlife, shopping and dining.

This is an excellent property! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because of the master bedroom bed. It was terrible. It really needs to be replaced, you sink in a hole :(

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Great location

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

Great Property, Close to Dog Beach, Have to Pick up Keys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Pensacola, FL San de Luna #13 and first off, the decor was better than it looked in pictures. It was a really nicely decorated townhouse, except for the 2nd bedroom, which had cool local art, only it was smooshed on the wall all willy-nilly so it looked super tacky.The pool and outdoor furniture, hot tub, tennis court, sidewalks and landscaping is all new and modern. We absolutely loved it.The Jacuzzi bath was divine and worked amazing!Dog beach is about a block down so that was so convenient for letting our dog explore the beach and ocean waves. Several people let their well-trained dogs run loose within the resort and on dog beach, which made other dogs nervous. It's against the rules to have dogs off the leash, but people do it anyway and that surprised us.Besides the lopsided, discombobulated artwork in the guest bedroom, there were two other things that I didn't like about this unit.You have to go into town to pick up and return the keys, which was unbelievably inconvenient. I've never heard of such a thing. And the office is located in the busiest intersection in Pensacola so good luck if you show up or leave on a weekend.Second, probably the most unusual issue was the master bedroom has a giant hole in the wall, near the high ceiling. This is an intentional opening that would be great if it was a window or something, but basically it just opens up your bedroom sound effects to anyone else in the house. Wierd.My husband didn't like the spiral staircase because he is tall and almost walked into it a few times while passing from the kitchen to the living room. It could actually be very dangerous for tall people.But, even with those complaints, I still give this property 5 stars because it was a lovely place to stay. There was easy access to the beach, the bay, and 'Fort Pickens.As for Pensacola Beach - it's a party town. If you love vibrant action and fun crowd

2024 Family vacation

Great find

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Mattresses are a little soft and old and the guest bedroom toilet ran constantly but we alerted the management company of that. Those are only minor issues and compared to the location, beach access, very nice pool area they would not hinder us for staying in this unit again! Excellent!

San de Luna is a great get-away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: San de Luna is a great location. The Gulf is just across the street and the property itself is right on the sound. On days with onshore winds the sound provides a calm setting. I was able to launch my SUP in calm waters (either Gulf or sound) on a daily basis.
