Close to the Beach, Pet Friendly/Tesla Charger/2-3 Night Stays Off Season

Sit back and relax in our family friendly/Pet friendly home on Broadkill Beach. It is the third house back from the beach and is a very short walk. You will not find crowds here on Broadkill beach. Once on the beach you will feel like it's your own private beach. Enjoy fishing, sand and water fun!

Upon entering our home you will walk into an open concept living space. To your left will be the family room equipped with a Big Screen TV and DVD player. There are dozens of DVD's in the upstairs and downstairs entertainment centers from Kids movies to Adult movies. To the Right is the Downstairs Master bedroom with a King Bed. The downstairs bedroom has access to the downstairs bathroom. To finish out the downstairs you have the Dining room and open kitchen. The kitchen has a new island for bonus counter space. The appliances have all been updated to stainless steel. Walking down the hall to the bathroom will be the laundry room on the left hand side. We have a screened in porch off of the family room which has outdoor dining table and the grill.

As you walk upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a den and two additional bathrooms. The second bedroom is a kids bedroom that consists of 2 twin over full bunk beds. In the closet you will find all kids toys, girls and boys for entertaining the little ones. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with twin daybed and trundle. The second bath has a double vanity and was recently updated, The third bath was added in the spring of 2019. The last room upstairs is the Den which leads to the upstairs deck for sunbathing or just sitting out and enjoying the water views. You will also find ample games and puzzles in the den.

The garage has all of the Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, toys, floats, beach umbrella and bicycles. There are kids bikes as you will see in the pictures and 2 adult bikes for you to enjoy nice long bike rides on Broadkill Beach. Don't forget your helmets! There is also an outside shower. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your relaxing time at our home.

Dog friendly property (ONE-40 pound max) with non-refundable fee and signed addendum.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
