Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! This beautifully renovated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa and 3 swivel chairs and one ottoman. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless internet is provided. You will love this well-appointed home with its comfortable furnishings and modern touches.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is formal seating for 6 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a duo coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the Master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The Master bedroom comes with a SMART TV .The Guest bedroom features a queen size bed and one twin bed, and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. The Guest bedroom comes with an LCD TV.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo. This is the perfect year round vacation spot with our tropical climate and being oceanfront you will enjoy the views from inside and outside this home!

A South Padre Gem

Very clean and well stocked property. Quiet building with great access to the beach. A great stay in a very convenient S.P.I. location. Pool, spa, and grills ready to go!

BLISS!

Lovely condo directly on the beach. Loved our beach walks each day and looking for sea shells. Loved having 2 bar/ restaurants on the beach within walking distance. Convenient shopping and restaurants walking distance from condo. Staff in office were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back next winter!!!

Hidden Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this South Padre Island condo rental. We booked the condo at the last minute for a spontaneous beach trip, and the manager was incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made the experience all the more worthwhile. The condo had an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning from the private balcony overlooking the beach and courtyard area. The beach access was just steps away, and we loved relaxing by the pool in the shared courtyard. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare breakfast and lunch in the condo. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after our days spent playing in the sun and surf. We had such a wonderful time during our stay, and we would absolutely consider booking this condo rental again for another trip to South Padre in the near future. The manager's hospitality, the condo's amenities, and the stunning beachfront location all combined to make this a truly memorable vacation.

BEST vacation rental!!

Nice condo with great view

Property is clean, has a definite beach vibe, modern appliances, and great view of the gulf. Good selection of patio furniture to sit and listen to waves and watch sunrises. Great wifi and cable selection. Bathrooms are modern and coordinate well with rest of condo. Easy to get into and out of condo. Mattresses were too firm for my taste and had trouble sleeping because of the firmness. Great for families as second bedroom as separate beds.

Great View

This particular condo #401 was honestly not worth the money spent for the week. The really great things were the beautiful beachfront view, as described, comfy master bed, nice full kitchen, awesome private laundry room, huge balcony, and convenience to local activities/restaurants & events. No complaints there! However, the shower door (sliding door) was jammed. We had to shower with it half opened. Liv room sofas were horrible. You sat in them & went straight to the floor! We are there for the beach, but when we were indoors, it's nice to have comfort and stuff that works. TV was the most complicated ever. You had to have 2 remotes and push a series of buttons just to get the satellite on & tv working 25 min later.. We don't need luxury granite counters, or fancy decor to satisfy us, just comfort. The private beach access had no deck, no covering or anything! So it was like walking on flowing lava even with swim shoes/flip flops on. So hot, burning your skin. Husband & I eventually joked saying ''let's head to the death march to get to beach''..lol.. We eventually decided the public access was best, because it had a thick mat covering. Luckily that access was next door to Sea Breeze building. One more thing...the cleaning crew does not do a good job here, at least not in condo 401. I kept tripping over the plastic huge mat in liv room the first day we got there. So I decided to roll it up and just stick it in corner. A thick layer of sand was all under it along with old POPCORN mixed in. Gross! Condo did not look real clean at check in. My guess is that they change sheets and towels and do a quick little sweep of floors. Front door had been kicked in at some point in past. Frame was bent. I was a little concerned about security when seeing that. Despite all this we chose to still have fun and enjoy ourselves on SPI. Not sure we will return to SeaBreeze, though. I think we can do better for the chunk of cost spent.

South Padre Island family dream!

My family chooses Sea Breeze I every summer as our weekend getaway. The property is always clean, modern, fully equipped, and right on the beach. The views from the room are stunning and truly take you away from the norm. The staff is always friendly and helpful which makes check in and check out a breeze. We are already anticipating our next stay!

Staff from th office to the security guard were awesome! Room and view were exactly like the pics on the site....actually better in person. Beach Lovers @ Padre

This condo was bright and nicely decorated. You have a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean to wake up to each morning. The pictures on the webpage are accurate and we had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach. There was sand buckets/shovels already there for us to use as well. There is a nice Walmart across the bridge to stock-up on food and beach accessories and plenty of restaurants as well. BurgerFi was a great place to eat as well as Pirate's Landing.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation!!

My 4 year old daughter and I had an awesome vacation! Thank you so much! The condo was in great condition, clean, and had everything we needed. We left behind more beach toys (to add to the collection) and a little cooler with freezer packs for future guests to enjoy. I loved having a washer/dryer in unit!!! We were able to go home with a suitcase of clean clothes and towels :) My daughter summed it up when she yelled out on the beach, "THIS TRIP IS AMAZING!!!"

Excellent Stay

The unit was gorgeous!! My favorite thing was waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean.The staff was friendly, the unit was clean and I will definetly be going back!

Since you departed we have actually been doing some upgrades in the condo so we now have a new rug in the living room, more accent pillows, new coffee table, new lamps and more is on its way. We like to upgrade at least annually if not twice a year to keep things fresh.
