With its peaceful riverside location and easy access to the surrounding mountain areas, this home offers a comfortable retreat for colder-season stays.
Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 12 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, along with 5 baths. Each room provides essentials such as bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets, with a layout designed to support both gathering and privacy across the home.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped with a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric stainless steel double oven, General Electric refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals, and the dedicated kitchen space allows you to prepare your own meals with ease.
Indoor comfort
The home includes central heating for winter comfort, along with central air conditioning and a split type ductless system. A 50 inch HDTV and sound system offer entertainment on quiet evenings, while wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door are available if you need to stay connected. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron, and bathroom basics are all provided.
Outdoor living
Set right next to a body of water, the home offers a private patio or balcony and a backyard space where you can enjoy the crisp mountain air. A BBQ grill is available, making it easy to prepare food outdoors when weather allows. The private entrance adds to the sense of having your own space along the river.
Neighborhood
The home sits along the Roaring Fork River with access to trails and an easy 15 minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and a 30 minute drive to Glenwood Springs. The surrounding area includes the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, numerous restaurants, and grocery stores such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.
Parking and access
Guests have free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, as well as free street parking. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and long term stays are allowed if you plan to settle in for an extended visit.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
