Lakefront Home with Gorgeous Views of Conesus Lake

Experience lakeside living at its finest in this 3,000-square-foot home boasting 110 feet of lake frontage, complete with a private dock (available May through October) and ample outdoor seating on a brand-new deck, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking scenery.

Main Floor:
The main floor features an inviting living room with a gas fireplace (operational October through May), a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and a dining room with seating for 8—all illuminated by a wall of lake-facing windows. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. Walk onto the brand new deck which spans the length of the house (the mega deck is 26 ft by 14 ft)

Lake-Level Walkout:
One level down, the walkout lake level offers a cozy living space with a TV, a dining/game table that seats 6, and Bedroom 3, which includes a queen bed and a bunk bed. This floor also has Bathroom 3, featuring a standup shower, and a laundry room. Step outside onto the brand-new covered patio, designed with a knotty pine ceiling and fans to keep the summer air circulating. Whether rain or shine, this space is perfect for enjoying the super views of Conesus Lake. Just off the laundry room, you'll discover a game room equipped with darts, a shuffleboard table, and an additional queen bed. The game room boasts a garage-style door with a screen that opens up to even more spectacular lake views.

Third Floor:
The top level is home to two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a luxurious master suite with a private sitting area, a full bathroom, and an additional room with a futon for added flexibility and privacy. Bedroom 2 features its own private bathroom with a full tub/shower.

Additional Highlights:
This open-concept home is flooded with natural light from its abundance of windows, ensuring stunning lake views from all three floors. The property also includes a garage, plenty of parking, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests will have access to kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets to make the most of their lakeside retreat.

Graduation Weekend

House was just as pictured and described! Beautiful weekend stay with everything there you need for a fun and relaxing time. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend!

Great house with Gorgeous views

Absolutely beautiful home. It has everything you could need. Definitely recommend. Host was great and close to SUNY Geneseo which was a plus for us. The lake is amazing.

Perfect long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Very roomy and comfortable. Great Kitchen, dining room and living room set up. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful views of the lake! Looking forward to returning in the future.

Lakeside Perfection!

My wife and I traveled and stayed here with two other couples for a kids free weekend of relaxation, wine, and food. This house is perfect for a group that loves to cook/grill and then chill on the back deck, on the dock, or by the fire pit. The house was stocked with everything we needed and definitely felt like a home away from home. We all agreed that this was our best VRBO in the Finger Lakes and we will be back!

Best house on the lake

This house was perfect for a group of 8 friends reuniting. The location on the water couldn't be better! There were floats, kayaks, canoes, and even water shoes to use! The kitchen was fully stocked and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing place to go with backyard lake access!

Best of Both

After spending a long couple days of hiking at Letchworth State Park it was refreshing to come back sit on the deck with good friends and a couple of refreshing beverages. The morning views of the sun rising and evening watching the full moon over the Lake were spectacular. Marian was great to work with the house was very clean and very well stocked.

Nice weekend on the lake

Our family of 8 had a great weekend at this house. The little beach was perfect for our 3.5 year old. Maria was able to help us with an AC issue over the phone so that was really helpful. Water is crystal clear and only about waist deep at the end of the dock which was nice. Fishing was good too, caught some blue gill, rock bass, ruud, and almost a monster pike.

Exceeded Expectations

The home was absolutely beautiful and overflowing with amenities. We were welcomed with a bottle of Josh white wine . The pantry was full of spices and baskets of beach towels, water shoes and sunscreen and bug repellent were provided. I had expected a nice property based on pictures and reviews of the property but the property exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic Vacation destination, don't miss out on this place!

Spectacular, amazing property. Spotless inside and out! when they say fully equipped, they mean it, we were lacking for nothing. Easy access to the water, starts out shallow, and gradual decline. Maria was a jewel to work with, checked to see if we were happy or needed anything. Even came with a two car garage. We had a wonderful time, and will be back in the future.

Best spot on the lake

We’ve stayed at different lakes and at different spots on Conesus Lake and this was by far the best. They invested in a BEAUTIFUL new deck, the home had a great mix of updates and classic decor/finishes, the home was better stocked than my personal home with towels, chairs, lake toys and equipment, cooking supplies/seasonings, a welcome kit … truly fantastic. And the location mid way on the lake was perfect. 10/10. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Lake Rental

This was by far the best lake home we ever rented. Everything one needs to enjoy a week at the lake was provided from life vests and beach shoes and water floats to kayaks and canoes. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms came with plenty of towels and supplies. We really enjoyed the fact that every bedroom had its own private bathroom and that all the beds were super comfortable. The living space was big and open concept. The views of the lake were just amazing. Maria and Mark were so friendly and responsive and a pleasure to deal with! This a an exceptional property.

Graduation Weekend

We were in town for our sons graduation from Geneseo. What a lovely lake house, lots of windows and a beautiful view. The house was ample size for the 5 of us with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen (and the house in general) was well stocked with all that we needed. We didn’t need for anything. They just added a large deck which really adds to the outdoor living space. The owners were welcoming and very responsive. All in all we had a fabulous experience!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

We stayed much of July 2021. House is nicely laid out and well furnished on all 3 levels. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, dinnerware, paper goods newer cookware and opens to a large wrap around deck overlooking Conesus Lake. Two nice larger bedrooms on top level. Plenty of opportunities for fun with the kayaks, canoes, dock, games, nearby golf courses, and Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store and Walmart within 10 minutes. House was very well maintained and clean! Owners are very responsive.

Wish we could have stayed all summer!

We were in Livingston County for a family funeral and decided to rent a lake house so we could all stay together. The weather did not cooperate (and the smoke from Canada) but we had such a relaxing time in spite of it. The water level was great for the little ones but the bigger little ones loved jumping off the end of the dock. Maria and Mark gave us use of the kayaks and canoes which were great fun. The house is on 3 stories so it was perfect for having alone time or being all together. Clean, spacious and even better than the pictures. We hope to make this a yearly family adventure.

Fabulous weekend!!!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home and only one day in we were talking about making this an annual event! We are two families that stayed here so we could see our college sons and it was just perfect for us. We had everything we needed to spend quality time together and room enough to spread out when we wanted to. We took advantage of the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and cooked all meals there except for a night of ordering pizza and wings. Maria was so helpful and quick with any communications. The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay. It was the perfect place for our two families and I know anyone who stays here will love it as much as we did!

Fabulous Family Vacation!!

What a beautiful place for our family vacation! The photos online are very nice, but pictures just can’t do it justice. The views from all three levels of this gorgeous lakefront home are spectacular! Our family was never bored- how could they be?!.... Swimming , fishing, kayaking, games, grilling, campfires...The house is so spacious that our four generations never felt crowded. Lots of cute, quiet little spots aplenty are at the ready .Hosts Maria and Mark were readily available to answer a couple questions, but never intrusive. The kitchen had everything we could ever have needed, as did the rest of the house. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. It was a perfect vacation (and I am not exaggerating!!!) We give the hosts and house an A+ rating😃

Over the top

This was the best VRBO house we’ve rented. Great sleeping arrangements, and want for nothing in the kitchen (or anywhere!)Marie was super nice. Wish I would have met her. She even left us “goodies!” Everything was great, and we were lucky enough to have had “chamber of commerce” weather. The lake was beautiful, and we enjoyed the provided kayaks, canoe and floating rafts. Also, the corn hole game and table shuffle board. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

A really great experience

Maria was a FANTASTIC host. She was very communicative and made our group feel welcome. The house and property are great. The house was clean and fully stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies and paper products, which was much appreciated! The lake access is nice and there were plenty of floats and boats and water activities available.
