Ask about the private commercial Boat Club where you can rent a ski boat or tritoon. This can be arranged under a separate rental agreement. This is a very economical option as compared to what the local marina's charge for boat rental.
-Accommodations: Master -King bed with private full bath w/shower and separate tub, 50" TV mounted on wall in bedroom. Queen bed, closet, dresser and nightstand. King bed with large portrait window which offers gorgeous view of the lake.
Main floor: Gorgeous foyer features custom floor to ceiling cabinetry with plenty of storage. Spacious and open floor plan with family room featuring 60" flat screen TV above stacked stone fireplace. Full kitchen with granite countertops, island bar, spacious dining area with seating for 8. 2 sets of french doors, from family room and dining area lead out to back porch. Every window on the back of the home boasts views of the water. Main level bedroom with Queen bed, closet and nightstand. Main floor has Full bath including large vanity. Laundry room, featuring large capacity washer and dryer, positioned in back hall leading to garage.
Beautiful 50' x12' back Porch stretching the entire length of the home overlooking the lake property. A spectacular place for those who enjoy relaxing outdoors. Porch features Gas grill and a Traeger wood pellet grill, a 50" wall mounted flat screen television, 6 comfortable gliding lounge chairs & an extended iron dining table with seating for 8. Stairs from back porch lead down to backyard of property where a large fire pit is located. The very popular fire pit is a fun place to gather after a long day on the water and the perfect place for your family to enjoy family time and roast s'mores!
Terrace level: features a stacked stone fireplace, 70" flat screen smart TV, family room area, gorgeous kitchen with white farm sink, dining table, and pub table area. 2 sets of french doors allow easy access to terrace level porch and the back yard of property. The fabulous Bunk room in the terrace level features 2 sets of bunks, Twin XL mattresses, and Full Bath with large vanity.
