All of the beds were super comfortable. It was a plus for everyone to have their own bathroom. Beautiful backyard views. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice property but farther away from Breckenridge than we had hoped. We also had asked about a grill and was told there was not one but then there was.

Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the grill. In recent years, many HOAs throughout Summit County have implemented or changed restrictions on grills with little or no advance notice due to wildfire concerns. Because these rules can change unexpectedly and vary from property to property, we removed grills as an advertised amenity from our listings to avoid unintentionally misrepresenting what is available. In your case, the property did happen to have a grill, but because it is no longer listed as an advertised amenity, our team mistakenly advised that there was not one available. We apologize for that confusion and will continue working to improve the information we provide when guests have questions about specific properties. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay and your time in Summit County.

Nice place for a big group

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, out of the way but not too far. We booked it in part due to the sauna which only partially worked which was disappointing. They sent techs out twice but the techs didn't know how to fix it. Great setup for adults upstairs and kids downstairs. Our trip was all adults so we didn't utilize the common area downstairs

Skiing in Colorado

Great place, great host. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. Close proximity skiing and a beautiful neighborhood. Also nice to have so many rooms with bathrooms in them.

We had an overall great stay at the property. Two families with kids ranging from kindergarten to college. Enjoyed the large table to gather and eat or play games and cards. The only drawbacks were the garage was too small for either SUV's to fit in and some of the appliances and TV's could use updates. For example, the oven did not heat up properly and was unusable, the cooktop was finicky, and nonstick skillets would be a good addition. Not sure if the fireplace worked or not, there was no firewood. Overall we were pleased with the stay

63 Forget Me Not Lane

Our stay here was amazing! The home was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly quiet in early June. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed, the humidifiers were a hot item for our group. Check in and check out we’re simple and basic which made arriving and departing a non hassle. We would love to visit again in the future!

We'll remember Forget Me Not Lane!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our eleven family members! Super spacious with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy, and also offers two family rooms and a dining table with tons of seating. Kitchen was very well equipped for easy cooking. Giant mudroom with space for all your gear. Enjoyed the beautiful road up to the property and views from back deck! Skiing in Keystone, as well as tubing and shopping in Frisco were our fun outings, and they were just minutes away. Management was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend, and we would definitely return!

Great retreat location
