One of the most satisfying family vacations ever and the Adagio and Santa Rosa Beach area enhanced our experience. 10s all around. The Arnold's Wedding Vacation with Hurricane Birtha!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo made the best of a hurricane situation as possible. Still able to get married with no beach and 40 mph wind. This was our 3rd time at Adagio and will be back next year.

A wonderful property! The community is clean and quiet. Conveniently located to restaurants. We really enjoyed the direct beach access and beautiful views.

We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! The location and view were both priceless! We enjoyed coffee and a beach view in the mornings and the gorgeous sunsets every evening. The gym was one of the best ‘vacation gyms’ we’ve ever used. No skimping on equipment and what a variety! Treadmills, stationary bikes, weights and machines- it was impressive. We planned on cooking a bit and having some meals out, but when we saw the quality kitchen and appliances we ended up cooking all our meals there! There was clearly a lot of thought in the appliances, including the clothes washer and dryer. The facility is very clean and well managed. We were greeted by Susan with security when we arrived and she was very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary bikes which were a nice touch. Would definitely plan another stay there!

Bring your own bath towels!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bring bath towels!!!! Not enough towels and dryer doesn’t work well. We were sharing used towels between 2 family or using our beach towels... yuck!!! Also sheets are coarse. If you like softness then pack a set of sheets!! Other than that the place was clean and in a good location.

We have stayed in this condo multiple times in the past 6 years. GREAT property in perfect location. the condo is large and nicely decorated, making it feel welcoming and comfortable. However the mattress was quite worn out, which affected quality of sleep and there were some plumbing issues in master bath.

Mardi Gras beach getaway

This location was excellent and we really enjoyed being waterfront. This condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the proximity to restaurants, shopping and groceries. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer functioned well. The balcony was large and we liked eating at the table and watching nightly sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The only complaint were stains on the furniture and bedding. We also were not able to enjoy sitting on the balcony due to many people smoking on balconies around us.

Adult Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a property that could accommodate our family which included adult children with spouses. We prefer to be on a quieter beach and this property is in a very quiet area. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby but we drove a little further and cooked-in.This unit had 3 king bedrooms with en-suites which was perfect. It also had bunk beds which we didn't need. The unit was clean but some minor amenities were lacking in my opinion. There was only one towel set per guest so we were doing laundry daily. Also, the kitchen was very unorganized and lacking a few necessities I could have used; like a full size cutting board, there was a small one maybe 5x7",a sharp knife, and I found only one very small baking sheet an no other baking pans. The management company was very nice and quickly came when called to help us with the TV's and also provided a loaner crockpot which appeared to be brand new in the box.

Great Unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year that we have stayed in Adagio C302 for two weeks each year. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed. We hope to be able to stay there for several more years. We have stayed at Adagio for the past 11 years and our family agrees this is our favorite unit. We had a minor situation with the TV last year and management sent two very experienced technicians that were able to correct some wiring issues that someone and put in incorrectly. Management has been most helpful with any issues that came up. We feel at home in this unit.

Getting a text the day of check-in that our condo was ready early and we could go ahead and get in was such a wonderful surprise! The kitchen was by far the most well-stocked with appliances/utensils that we have ever experienced. The beach front was spacious and people were not “on top of each other”, which was a definite high point. We used the community grill one night and were so pleased to see that they were very clean & well kept. We will come again!

AllWas replaced quickly however it is just the point of having to figure out on a week vacation when to have workers come in and disrupt your once a year vacation. These are things that should be checked ahead of time. Also, I believe hand soap should be supplied in all bathrooms. Also fabric chairs look beautiful for dining table but feel/look gross with stains.

My one complaint would be that there are a number of outlets throughout the condominium that do not work including the entire kitchen and a portion of the master bedroom. Negative: the condo needs to be cleaned better. The man at the front gate had to come to our condo at about 9 pm because of A TERRIBLE odor which turned out to be a shrimp that had been left in the garbage disposal and the dirty floor.
